Customer service is absolutely lacking… The cashiers (more so a particular one who looks like a manager) are very condescending and get frustrated very easily. Only reason I go here is because of the proximity convenience. If you can avoid it… Try to do so.

Dunkin donuts! How love donuts, coffee, etc etc
This location is in Columbia and right off of rt 108 next to Victoria’s. This location is ok, the service is ok but you can’t really ask for too much. I’ll say sometimes there donut selection sucks, but usually they have the norms. Parking is useally not problem and they get you in and out pretty fast.
So if your in the mood for some donuts, coffee or both, then stop on by on your road trip! Large coffee, black… That’s my breakfast!

This is my go to location when I am on my way to work. They are pretty fast even though they may have long line. Food quality is the the same as all other locations.

Dunkin Donuts is a standby. We all know what to expect, and as long as the coffee is hot, donuts are fresh and they don’t run out or change any recipes.
This location ticks all the boxes. Plus plenty of parking, service was friendly and the restrooms were clean.

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts several, several times!
They always get my order wrong and loaded with ice.
This store does get busy in the morning so make sure to show up early if you are trying to squeeze in a coffee stop before work.
Some of their staffing can be nice and some pushy.
Some days they have fresh coffee already brewed, and other days they do not.
It’s a little upsetting when you show up and you have to wait 10 minutes for a cup of coffee.
At least it’s clean inside and their parking area is okay.

I visit this location when I go tog etc my nails done. I typically get munchkins or donuts. Today I got decaf coffee and chocolate donuts for my sister, and munchkins for myself.
The chocolate munchkins were great but the glazed were kind of dry.
It won’t deter me from coming back in the future.

Very clean and neat DD, service was friendly and super fast! But when I entered the floor was very wet and slippery I was about to fall down like 3 times during placing my order and find a seat however I balanced myself! If they are will to do so They should have a floor fan to dry it off right away in order to prevent causing injury or damage to customers!

I give this place four stars because they know how to make a proper vanilla crème donut. The one in Centre Park doesn’t. So I drive farther to come here because I know they won’t eff up the donut.

Don’t get me wrong, I LOVE me some Dunkin’ Donuts coffee, but this location is just a pain. First off, there is no drive thru so it loses two stars right off the bat. I’m lazy and when it’s 20 degrees out and 6am, I don’t want to leave my toasty car! Secondly, the weird traffic pattern in this shopping center is a pain. You want to turn in and immediately turn left to get to DD. However, in reality, you have to circle around Victoria’s Gastro Pub to get there. It may seem menial, but this is all happening before I’ve had my coffee so I tend to bypass this location even though it is so close to my house and instead go to one near my office that is more convenient.

I’m only rating this with two stars because it was clean and I like their food. There was only one guy working and no one else was after my boyfriend and I. I ordered a medium frozen coffee and he literally gave me a frozen coffee… no cream or sugar. It started getting busy and so when I asked for him to fix my drink he was polite about. it. But then we were waiting for our food and we realized he didn’t get one of our sandwich order! So we just decided forget it and left.

Standard, busy but efficient establishment. Staff seemed nice enough. Just stopped by to kill time, had a flavored coffee just to see what it was like, and I didn’t like it. Tasted very artificial (should I be surprised?) and had a strange aftertaste. My fault. Donuts didn’t jump out at me either, and selection was so-​so for 10am. Not all the tables were clean, so I had to clean one off myself to have a place to sit.

Coffee is yucky! I love Dunkin Donuts coffee, but this one recently changed something in their coffee. I’m not sure if it is their not using enough coffee to brew or what it is? I called to let them know and it hasn’t changed. I am someone who only drinks Dunkin Donuts coffee and knows the taste. It’s not good here and I won’t be going back. There are enough nearby to not have to go here. If this was the only one I would have to find a different coffee.

I really like donuts and I think Dunkin Donuts is one of the bests. I was sad when Krispy Kreme closed right down the street, but I was happy that Dunkin Donuts opened up. One of my favorite treats is an Apple Fritter from Dunkin Donuts. This location is convenient for me because it is within walking distance, but the parking lot isn’t that convenient if you are in a hurry.

This is a very nice little Dunkin. The only problem is parking. There is a restaurant in the parking lot and a one way street that goes around it. So you end up going around and around until you find a spot. Especially if you try to come after work because everyone is at the restaurant for happy hour. However there are 15 minute parking spots if you just want to run in and out. The other problem is there is no drive through.
