Long lines, confused & inattentive staff, decafe Redeye never tastes the same twice. Even the Blackeyes taste like they are weak!
Cold interior atmosphere, little to no seating and it looks like they are in the coffee mug business versus selling the coffee.
They’ve become a «Macy’s» Homeware’s competitor!

The staff here are awesome and on top of things. The store is clean but there is not a lot of sitting room.
The drive thru is also awesome. Even though the lines get long, it is still quick.
