Ordered cinnastix but got garlic bread with icing. What the ?!? How’d they mess that up?! It isn’t the first time my order for cinnastix has been messed up. Usually they forget the icing.

1 hour and 10 mins to get a pizza a mile away. Pizza showed up cold, soggy(ordered crunchy thin crust) and stuck to the box. Never ordering from them again.

Food is always made quickly, correctly, and arrives hot to my door in roughly 20 minutes. Obviously this isn’t your top Italian gourmet pizza, but for the price, speed, and consistent quality, I’m a fan.

Too bad Unilocal doesn’t allow negative stars. We ordered about 10 pizzas for takeout on a Friday night. They were all incredibly burnt! A relative went to pick up the pies and he said it was not only the worst dominos he’d been to but the worst pizza place in general. There appeared to be no manager on duty(on a Friday night). They gave him the pizza grossly undercooked, when asked to fix them the employees there decided it would be acceptable to serve them burnt. Some of the pies had way to much sauce and some pies were too dry. Apparently now they also charge you for a small shaker of crushed red pepper, they won’t give you free packets! Not cool. Dominos pizza was the only chain pizza joint I could stand but I’ll stick to mom and pop establishments from now.

Food is great. I have one complaint about the online ordering-there’s no option to request your pizza to be well done. I get the gluten free pizza and it’s always better that way.

55 minutes for one pizza, but it never showed. An hour and 10 after ordering, the manager called because his delivery guy came back to the store when his GPS died. Canceled the order. A shitty experience from the worst of the Big Three.

The Snowden location is excellent. Food is fast, hot, and delicious. I love the crust, especially the handmade(even though it only comes in medium, not large). The drivers have no problem finding our apartment, even though my GPS never can… love this location!

They are good if they honor what they advertise for! While I was driving on snowden river pkwy two medium size signs catch my eyes«Large One Topping Pizza $ 5.99» sounds like a good deal when I went inside to place my carryout order and mentioned the ad they have on the side of the road the cashier didn’t understand what I am talking about then he brought his supervisor to talk to me he said We only have 2 med pizza for $ 5.99 each not large pizza for $ 5.99 I just left and bought a delicious large pizza from Three Brothers which was walking distance from Domino’s! If Domino advertises a pizza on the side of the busy road for past 7 or 8 days they need to honor the ad! That’s not a good business practice!

We order for the today for the last time from this location. We continue to be disappointed with the service and quality of the food. Again we are told it will only take 30 mins for the pizza, over an hour later the pizza arrives cold and you can tell it had been sitting in the shop for a long period of time. As there are many other pizza places in Columbia with better food and much better service, don’t waster your money here.

Pizza delivered when promised but took nearly 1 hour to arrive after website showed it had finished baking. It was barely warm. Not a big fan of new formulation either.

It is Domino’s Pizza after all. Admittedly, it is better than it used to be, but that still makes it incredibly mediocre – not good, not bad. The service from this location is pretty good though. I have not had the problem of long waits like others have.

Not a fan of this location — seems to be s-l-o-w compared with others.

I am a big fan of pizza in general, and I really can’t say that one major pizza joint is better than another. On the other hand, I can say that certain pizza places are better for certain moods. Papa John’s may be my «Go-To», but Domino’s is good for almost any time or mood. Unlike a few of the other major pizza joints in the area, I have never really had a «bad» pizza from this branch of Domino’s, however, make sure you get the Large or something bigger. I couldn’t say why, but it seems that every time I order a Medium or eat in with one of those tiny personal pan pizzas, it’s always… dry. Sure, pizza shouldn’t be as greasy as Pizza Hut(though I do like the Pizza Hut ultra-grease pizza), but it certainly shouldn’t be dry. I have never had this problem with the Large, and tehre have been no delivery problems as of yet. I’d recommend them if you aren’t up for the wait of Pizza Boli’s and you don’t feel like having the awesomeness of Papa John’s. It’s a toss-up with the ultra-grease of the local Pizza Hut.
