Stay away from this store. My wife and I needed a mattress quickly for a new guest room. We needed something in a pinch because folks were coming to stay for New Years. We were looking for something inexpensive and firm. The gentlemen took my credit card information. The next day he called to say they did not have the item in stock, at which time I found a better mattress from Mattress Discounters. Since no mattress was ever shipped, we asked that they refund our credit card.
It has been 5 weeks and the company won’t refund my money. I’ve called the salesman 5 times and each time he promises to take care of it. He tells me he will call back, but never does. My calls to the home office also have been ignored. I’ve left two messages for customer service. I’m left with no option except suing
This company does not know how to treat its customers. I’d stay clear.
