Yay! I’m a fan! First time at this location and I was very impressed. Employee was very helpful from directions to store to explaining how to shock my pool with what he sold to me. I also mentioned that my Polaris was not working and he told me that they do free diagnostics and that I would just need to pay for parts repair. This location is just down the street from my new house so I expect to be a frequent customer.

This Leslie’s is great! David and the entire crew are so sweet, patient and helpful! I’m a very busy woman and I have been taking care of my own pool for about 6 months now. I had to fire my pool company because they were going to kill my little boys leaving the pool fence open, not unlocked WIDE open! Additional problems I had with the pool people were: the Zodiac was always«broken», my water level was always low(they claimed I had a leak, which I paid a leak detection company to «fix» for $ 600 plus), the water continued to always be low, and the water either burned our skin OR there was green algae growing on the steps and walls. Bottom line, they messed up my pool for their own job security. The first thing I did was fill my chlorine tablet dispenser with tablets. It was completely empty. After one adjustment with the water the first month it has been perfect every time and I’ve never added additional chemicals; I just keep the tablet dispenser full! My pool is miraculously not losing water anymore than normal evaporation. I pay Leslie’s to do my filter cleans, it’s a great deal at around $ 100. I’ve had them over twice to take care of filters, last time because my 3 year old threw dirt and mulch in the pool and it clogged the filters. My Zodiac works perfectly and I’ve only hand cleaned the pool with the brush and net that one time we got the mulch in the pool and it looks AWESOME! I can’t thank Leslie’s enough for taking the fear out of maintaining my pool. It’s so easy my 5 year old could do it, in fact he loves helping me scoop leaves out of the pool, which is all we have to do occasionally! I’m going to have Leslie’s put a heater on my pool and do a salt water conversion this year!
