I was very disappointed and feel taken advantage of by this salon. I went in for a consultation about adding volume to my hair. It was suggested that a top peice would add the volume that I desired. I agreed with the application but asked how much it would be for maintanience. I was told it is 140.00 about every six weeks which I thought was reasonable. After color and a 150.00 trim, and the hair it was 2500.00. My next appointment was for maintenance 6 weeks later. I was charged 150.00 for a ½ inch trim, 90.00 to «refresh» the hair, 80.00 to remove the hair and then 140.00 to reapply the hair. I feel purposely misled on this information. I should have been told this from the beginning. I asked by text what the charges would be before I came in and because I had 250.00 in «bonus bucks» (what a crock) so I still left paying 250.00 dollars. The next appointment was going to cost around 4 – 450.00 because I needed color also. I found another salon in Dallas that removed the hair because it wasn’t necessary in the first place! This is usually for women who have significant hair loss. all I needed were a few extenstions for volume. I spent 3,000 for nothing. I felt it was important to let people know of my situation.

I had to go BACK TWICE and it still looks bad. I went in for cut, color w/​highlights and style. Told the stylist I want champagne color with highlights. she gave me Dark brown with highlights so I had to go back to get that lighten. I thought they were just going to do a few more highlights not the case… The Owner Highlighted all over. So when it was finish I had Dark roots blond hair. it looks as if I’ve let my hair growing out for months! so NOW it’s WAY OVER PROCESSED. I live in Colleyville and I like to spend my money in Colleyville. The stylist allowed hair dye to get in my eye, was very painful. The color and cut was as if I went to Super Cuts. COST 355.00… I WAS JUST TOLD THEY WOULD CALL THE POLICE IF I CAME BACK!!! I’m a Business owner here in Colleyville, this is not the way to handle business and expect to stay in business. They didn’t return phone calls, in fact I had to just drop in, In order to get them to do anything. VERY BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE! Then they treated me as if it were my fault. Shame on you!!!

I went for the first time yesterday and will never ever ever go anywhere else again to get my hair cut or colored.
I watched everyone who came in-​leave looking downright fabulous!!!
They take the time and they are perfection!!! They want us to feel beautiful!!!
