There are all kinds of Computer companies. Most aim to please. Some of them satisfy and then there are others like NWCA.
I have been working with NWCA for 7 years now. The time and attention given to any situation i have with computers is A plus!
If you have not had a chance to work with the staff here please give them a shot! you will not regret it!

These guys are top notch. Real professionals! My IT guy referred me to them and I will NEVER again buy a computer from anyone else. I trust them implicitly!

Thieves. If you buy a computer from them be prepared to deal with pirated, illegal Windows and Office licenses and substandard quality. Also, if you call them for on-​site service and they can’t figure out your issue, they’ll charge you for every last minute they’re there scratching their heads. This leaves you both broke and stuck with unresolved failures.
We bought two computers from them and it was painful from beginning to end. The computers were made with horrible quality components. We had problems with the hardware right away and they charged us a ton of money for sending out a technician to resolve problems they couldn’t figure out. Finally we hired someone else and he figured the whole thing out in a half hour. The new tech also showed us how lousy the hardware was, piece by piece. He said that since they specialize in ordering cheap accessories, it figures that they build machines from components ranging from cereal box grade to carnival prize grade.
He also quickly found out that all of our Windows and Office licenses were pirated. After frequent phone calls NWCA stonewalled us time and again. This left us with $ 700 worth of fake licenses. After a few months, we just turned them into Microsoft who helped us with some, but not all, of our licenses.
After the time lost, money lost, hiring other companies to troubleshoot, and replacing pirate licenses we were thoroughly robbed. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.

Good people. Excellent work. The only downside is that they can get really busy. I had work done on a computer and needed it back that day. It was disappointing that it wasn’t ready by closing time, but Ken worked after hours to ensure that I did get my computer back before he went home.
Chris is great at explaining things. The finished product was better than expected. So, I’ll be back with with any future computer needs.

If you are looking for hard to find computer accessories (or even easy to find ones), NWCA has been my go-​to place for a while now. I purchased HDMI cables for an amazing price, nearly 50% less than any other place I checked. The staff are quite friendly and knowledgeable. I highly recommend NWCA!

I’ve now had Ken and his crew build 4 different computers for friends, family, and myself. They have amazing customer service, and give you better deals than any other computer company. I myself have decked out my laptop, and PC through NWCA. I highly suggest that you go through NWCA if you plan on doing anything computer related in the near future, you won’t regret it!
