Luis has always been very responsive and detailed with quotes, the work CVPI does is exceptional, very efficient and knowledgeable team!

It took a while, but I found someone who was a licensed contractor, showed up for the quote on time, gave good advice on how they planned to paint the outside of our home, and gave a reasonable quote in a timely manner… then finished the job on time and budget. Luis and his men weren’t quite as cheap as the unlicensed guys, but I didn’t want to worry about losing the house if someone fell from the 2^nd story. The quote was well-​detailed and less than half of the company who likes to boast about being on HGTV. I heard about Luis from a neighbor when I was knocking on doors looking for people to help with real estate. He had been helped by Luis multiple times, and swore by him. Now I do, too.
On the start day, 4 men showed up on time and got right to it. They were polite and focused, despite the extreme heat. The most difficult part of the process was choosing the colors. Those little plastic chips point you in the general direction, but because of reflections from the surroundings and different light throughout the day, once paint is on the wall it looks quite different. Even the digital rendering that the colorist at Dunn-​Edwards did looked different on various monitors and in person. Luis was very patient with painting different samples on the wall, trying them on multiple occasions and giving good suggestions. He has been doing this for most of his life, and it shows. Since his brother is a real estate agent, I’m not trying to schmooze him, and he’s not paying me referral fees. I just wanted to give him a start on Unilocal,because that’s always the first place I look for reviews, and I know how hard it can be to get reviewed by clients. After high quotes and being stood up from painters who had 5* reviews, I’m glad I called Luis, and suggest you do the same. You’re likely to get a reasonable quote from a nice guy, and great work if you choose this company.
