i pass by this place every now and then when i drive through Pilsen to get mexican food. i see a big poster of a torta with a whole bunch of stuff in it and it just caught my attention on their window. so as a torta fan. that was what im going to get! lol but once i went in there. there was a big menu hanging on the ceiling with lot of options for a fully loaded torta under different names that i cant read. anyways i chose one that looks the best to me and also ordered 1 steak taco and 1 pastor taco. and since it was a bakery also. i picked this flaky sweet pastry. from what i can see after some examination. my torta had. hotdog slices, lettuce, ham, steak, pepper, cheese, maybe mushrooms? beef? i dont know. a little too salty for my liking. other then that it was pretty good. the steak and pastor taco was meh. the meat tasted kinda over cooked and chewy. not that great. the flaky sweet pastry was ok also. was hoping its sweeter. will probably come back to try other pastries.

I loooooove the salsa here. Not sure what they put in it to give it that pretty orange color(habaneros perhaps), but it is delish with their freshly made chips. Whoah. I like that this place has both sweet and savory foods… churros and a torta? you bet. flan and tacos? no prob. The staff has always been super helpful too. Check this place!

I really like their bread. I love the cream cheese jalapeño bread in fact! I would try it if you havnt. Why I gave it four stars? Well Im not a fan of the kids that work there. Theyre actually a tad rude but the adults that work there are pleasant.
