I am giving 1 star because I have to — I would like to give negative stars if possible.
I hired Caleb to take my engagement photos back in 2012. When we settled on a date, place and time, he wrote me an email at 6:00pm the night before the shoot saying: «hey there. I have a cold I just can’t kick. SO sorry to cancel, but I’d be a mess tomorrow if I’m still feeling like this.» I emailed him back explaining that that was very upsetting since we leave for our wedding the weekend after and asked if he he was available a different day before we left or if we could get our $ 250 deposit back. He never responded. I emailed again saying if he didn’t want to give the money back, lets plan a shoot for the first great snowfall. Didn’t hear back from him. I continued to email and call him and he just kept ignoring me. Still to this day — over a year — he refuses to respond to me and hasn’t given me back my 50% deposit of $ 250. This is very upsetting and very UNPROFESSIONAL.
I would NOT recommend working with Caleb.
