This Dunkin is deplorable. I have never encountered such terrible customer service. I ordered 6 dozen bagels with cream cheese and 4 boxes of coffee for a school gathering. They sent me on my way and forgot to give me cream cheese or creamer, which I didn’t notice until I got to school. I had to serve the faculty plain stale bagels and coffee with no creamer. P. S. I paid $ 1/individual cream cheese that I didn’t receive! When I called to talk about the issue, the owner said he’d re-do the order at my convenience. When I called back a few weeks later, ready to redeem my free order, low and behold, the owner was no longer there and the new owner wouldn’t return my calls. Manager said he couldn’t honor the promise. DONOTGIVE A BUSINESSWITH A LACKOFCOMMONDECENCYYOURBUSINESS! Terrible!

I just want to say WOW. So after writing this review I was contacted by the General Manager who talked me through the issues I shared. He assured me that the app mishap was already fixed and that all the food is precooked so isn’t actually ‘raw’. He had the ovens recallibrated and ordered some more cooking ‘mats’ — if you’ve been to DD and have watched them cook the food you know what mats I’m talking about. He told me that I can ask for my food to be ‘well done’ and that they will be able to leave it in the oven a little longer. The GM also said hew as going to have a meeting with the staff and work on making this location more welcoming. He wasn’t kidding! Walking in to this DD a few days later I was amazed at how much more welcoming it is(nicely decorated with flowers for spring) and the staff was much more friendly and speedy. I am really thankful to the GM and staff at this location for taking our concerns seriously and I’m glad to say I have given them another chance.

Cranking out some fine fine donuts. Choco Long John, Apple fritter and a wildcard is a great way to start the morning. What’s a wild card? I let them pick it out as a surprise. Add a turbo coffee and I’m wired until lunch… then crash hard.

Love this place. The staff is very friendly, especially the manager during the daytime. He is so helpful and just a friendly genuine person. Don’t forget to stop in and say hello to Marcus. A truly inspirational story! Regardless of how some might feel about the service, there is something special here. The workers here really care about their community.

Dunkin’ Donuts is not the same everywhere you go. I went here out of convenience as it was on my way to work and I was famished. I liked the pumpkin cake donut glazed that I ordered but they got skimpy on my medium skim latte. It had the right amount of expresso but they added too much foam and too little milk so it was strong like cappucino and I ordered a latte. oh well… won’t be coming back this way if I can help it.

Perfect location but cashiers are inefficient so there is always an unnecessary line. Alone from the ridiculous wait, there’s the actual prices. I’ve seen the cashiers get mind bottled scanning coupons and taking even a longer time. I placed an order today for a meal on the menu and everything was charged separately. The staff off duty are hanging out sitting around speaking extremely loudly so everyone can hear their conversation.

Came here for the .99 $ lattes and the lady said the machine broke. Really? I bet the machine will fix itself really quick when I buy it full price after 6… Never coming to this shady dunkin donuts ever… not the first time I have heard this from this location.

I love this Dunkin Doughnuts because of the free parking, quick service, and usually super nice fellow customers. People actually hold the door for you here. You can also use the convenient gas station and Snappy’s car wash. It is so busy the doughnuts are always fresh. Employees are very nice and efficient.

A regular dunkin take-away. Nothing too special about this.

There are probably a few hundred Dunkin’ Donut locations in Chicago alone! Okay I’m exaggerating but there a lot of Dunkin’ Donuts store in Chicago. But I do like the one located by the CitGo because it’s clean and has good service. It is also has the usualy Baskin Robins Ice Cream in the same store. My only problem with that place is several times I have been there the store is like super HOT. Like they turn up the thermostat. Other than that I do enjoy getting my donuts and coffee drinks there.

If you go after dinner expecting a sweet treat, you’ll be disappointed that they don’t have any. Haha coffee is great and so are the donuts, when they have them.

Went there for a hot chocolate at 6am, didn’t drink it until I got to my destination. Big mistake, tasted like drinking hot water. Are they that cheap? It look like hot chocolate, but tasted like water not even sweet. Are they that hard up to rip you off, taking my business to some other place

I prefer the Dunkin Donuts on 31st and Halsted because it has better and cheerier customer service. The lady that works behind the counter doesn’t seem to smile much and it seems like we’re encroaching on her territory. Calm down, we just want to support your business!

This is my favorite location of DD. The donuts actually taste fresh in the mornings and the coffee is FRESH(unlike the other Bridgeport DD that I’ve been to.) This location has been hiring new staff to accommodate the larger amount of patrons that it’s receiving — on that note, the teenage guy that works there at night, around 8pm or so, makes an awesome coffee — I dunno what it is but even my sister agreed. I let her have a sip of my coffee and she uttered«wow!» Yes, they were pretty short staffed before but now, they’ve improved so much. So polite there too.

I live blocks from this place. I LOVE donuts. Ice cream is probably one of my favorite things ever. But I will never go to this Dunkin Robbins again. The employees are the most unhappy, miserable, slow, cheapskates I’ve ever had the displeasure of purchasing anything from. How can they be cheapskates you ask? Well I don’t want 3 peanuts on my sundae, and I don’t want to ask for more every time I buy one. So you can imagine them doing this for every item they sell. Perhaps it’s just the economy, and big business cutting down on everything. But man… 5 $ for a cup of crappy ice cream. **** you. so yeah. just buy some at the grocer and avoid the pain that is dunkin robbins. It’s just not worth it.

Stopped in here this week before hitting the Orange Line on my way to work and I have to say this is the worst DD I have ever been to. The service was just unacceptable. I was in there at a very slow time. There was only two people head of me in line and they ordered together. There were about six staff behind the counter so I really should have been able to get my pumpkin muffin in less then three minutes. Seriously that was the only item I got and I was in there for more than ten minutes. The staff really needs to be more attentive here. All except one staff member were doing other things besides working or working and not paying attention to the customers. They get an extra star just because the muffin was super fresh. But I am NOT paying this location another visit.
