It works — I can get my iced coffee and bagel for the long train ride back to Woodstock. And who doesn’t like DD iced coffee?!

Twice bitten, Thrice shy. I’ve only been to this Dunkin Donuts location twice. The first time, I got a donut, which had some strange debris(a dead bug, perhaps?). I went back to exchange my donut while receiving dirty looks from the workers, for some reason. My second trip also involved getting a donut, since I needed a bite to eat before catching the train to work. I asked for a glazed donut and didn’t find out that I received a CHOCOLATE glazed donut until I opened the bag on the train. Since when does«glazed donut» equate to «chocolate glazed donut»?? I was pissed, since that GLAZED donut was supposed to tide me over until lunch time at work! Avoid this Dunkin Donuts at all costs!

So they post $ 3.89 as their value menu price, but it’s actually $ 4.15. Not a huge deal, but the cashier didn’t understand that total = $ 4.61 — tax $ 0.46 =$ 4.15, not $ 3.89 as posted. My sausage egg biscuit was completely dried out to the point of inedible. For coffee, this place is no problem, confusion among customers and staff, but you can’t really screw up coffee… unless you’re mcdonalds.

I visit this Dunkin almost every morning on my way up to work. The service is very fast, but sometimes confusing. If you are in a rush for a coffee/donut, this is the place to stop in at.

P Diddy is correct about this DD location. The people that work here are very friendly, and very quick. There is some confusion when paying for your coffee. You have 8 people screaming out your order, yelling sugar? cream? equal… and then you pull out 5 bucks, hand it to one person, and somehow you change winds up in your hand from someone else. Hey, whatever works! Mondays suck!
