Gloria Jean’s Coffee

Recently went to an event with catering done by Gloria Jeans. I was blown away by the amazing coffee served at the party! They had coffee dispensers with a few select flavors and enough coffee for 100 people! Highly recommended! Will be hiring them for future parties.

Gloria Jeans has recently started catering events and their coffee and tea was amazing! They delivered 3 dispensers with GJ original blend, Holiday Blend and Spice Chai. All our guests loved the idea of pouring out brewed coffee/​tea themselves, adding milk and sugar and taking a cup for the road! They gave us enough cups, lids, spoons and Splenda AND home delivery! Awesome idea! Will def be hiring them for future parties!

So I really hate coming in here. It’s very unprofessional, the manager doesn’t know how to treat his employees, their prices are usually wrong on the board (they look like reasonable prices, then they tell you it’s the wrong price with a higher one) so anyways a friend walked in there to buy a parfait & kept insisting it tasted like metal but thought maybe it was her, to her surprise there was a piece of metal in it. This place is just filled with disappointment. I never recommend this place, especially to work. It’s also overpriced. I vote no stars. The reason it has one is because I can’t remove it.

I love Gloria Jean’s coffee and prefer it over any other. Today I went and spend almost $ 20. The reason I’m rating it low is because of the terrible customer service. The cashier that attended me was in a terrible mood as well as the employees making the coffee. The manager needs to teach his employees the importance great customer service has. Therefore, I will never come back to this location.

Their coffee is good. Today I went in and got 3 drinks and spent almost $ 20. My cup was slightly cracked so i went back and got told they couldnt give me another cup because of policy. So i threw away my coffee. Last time i go there.

Great service! Everyone is super friendly as everything is great! Their chillers are amazing; a must have for summer and even winter. Service is always fast, even when there’s a long line, and they’ve never gotten anything wrong in all the years I’ve been going here. I do miss their old store front though, it was bigger and had a nicer café vibe to it. Either way this place is perfect, and they even have great gifts for the coffee or tea lover in your life.

The red velvet cupcake chiller is so good. I swore I would never drink cold coffee, but I was hot that day and there were samples. I got sucked in, but in a good way

I love this place. Although it is three first time I come here, but I am interested. The think is delicious. The staffs are very friendly.

I LOVE Gloria Jean’s Coffee! My favorite flavor by FAR is English Toffee Twist. I’ve been drinking this amazing concoction for almost 20 years and it’s still incredible every time.

How is it that Starbucks took off but Gloria Jeans never did? I just love this place, it’s beautiful and the coffee is delicious. I recently learned on Saturday that I could substitute my Iced Cappuccino with soy milk instead of regular milk — YIPPIE!
I would go here every day — I wish there was one closer to me.

In the late 90’s to early 00’s I had a few favorite drinks at Gloria Jeans, then something changed and I went there more than a few times and left dissatisfied. In recent years, I popped in, once in a while for nostalgia sake, with the same result. Then, my last visit there changed the song lyrics from «The thrill is gone away», to a gospel infused «Oh happy day». It seems they finally got at least one drink right: The Mocha Chiller. Hopefully next time I visit, I’ll encounter that old consistency they used to have, though this visit left me completely satisfied!

Love it for being not a starbucks! With pastries and variety of coffee beans and accessories.

Finally Re opened to new location and wow, they took this to the next level. Staff is super friendly and new place really sets it off. Now, I have been following them for many years. As they had various locations inside the mall. But guess what? They are now situated in what is probably the best location. It takes up the whole corner of the area and is so innovation at its best. What I do like is that they kept the integrity of the old Gloria Jeans and the spaciousness (although not as long as the other one was) this one is really nice and roomy.
Now they do have an ordering section by the cashier, then you give them your name and wait at the «bar». If you want to continue the experience, then you have a seat at their little «bistro setting» and, they also they do have an «outside» bistro (well technically its in the mall but its very Parisian).
I really enjoy the whole ambiance and the staff is beyond helpful, since I wanted something with coconut, I let the young lady know, and she started naming some of the items that I may enjoy. Guess what? I DID!
I am glad that they found the home, it was well worth the wait.
