Teavana

I was just in there, helped by Clay. He was really nice. 10 out of 10 in customer service. It left me with a good image of this location. I was there to return a recalled glass tumbler and decided to buy an iced tea to go. It was really well made as well. I recommend this place.
I’m a bit surprised at the other reviews. It must not have been Clay helping them! Someone give this guy a raise!

I’ve been to this teavana about 3 times over the past year in a half. When I go I always stock up. I get about 4 – 5 different teas a new infuser and whatever else I can get my little paws on. I am certainly a tea enthusiast. Teavana is the place to go if you want quality tea. Is it pricey? Yes. Do I care? No, as my father always says you get what you pay for and you can’t always skimp on quality. Every time I have come to this particular location I was helped immediately.
This particular time multiple employees offered assistance. Since I am a «tea pro» I really don’t need help until I am ready to purchase but it is nice to be acknowledged when you walk in. The staff is knowledgeable and the one man I had this time around made some awesome suggestions for me. Every time I go I try something different.
All in all I bought myself about 6 months of tea. I tend to buy in bulk. Since I did I got one ounce of any tea for free. He suggested the golden dragon because it’s their most expensive tea and not a lot of people buy it because of that. I haven’t tried it yet but I am excited. I recommend going here. They have a lot of stock that is ever-​changing and a plethora of teas to choose from.
Pro tip: if you’re new to it start with one of the cheaper ones. Certain types of tea can be brewed more than once. Green, white, oolong and black you can brew multiple cups from your leaves.

This has to be the sleaziest store I’ve been to in decades. The whole experience involved multiple employees trying to trick me into buying over $ 60 worth of tea and tea products when I came in intending to buy no more than $ 10-​$ 15. No one explained their weird way of selling tea. Then they put it in some $ 20 canister and tried to trick me into buying it. They kept weighing the tea and changing the price, etc. I was in the store for about half of an hour just trying to get a small bag of tea. I felt totally violated after leaving this trap. I will never set foot in this place again. Avoid it like the plague. These people are horribly crafty.

I love tea and wanted to try something new. I was already at the mall and had just gotten paid so I figured I’d stop in. There was one person working there who was helping the one customer, and it was beginning to take awhile. Ok, they’re busy I get it. A second employee came in and started chatting with the other employee and customer. Annoying. After about ten minutes I ended up leaving.

Every time I go into this location the one younger man is always rude and unpleasant. I love their tea but his customer service sucks

I was trying the samples they had by the entrance the woman who worked there approached me gave me more samples was very helpful and attentive and the guy at the counter was also very nice.

This was a toss up between Teavana or Gloria Jeans Coffee, guess who won? And I am beyond elated that I chose them. Sam, the young lady who helped me was so accommodating and offered me different sales and such, I decided I wanted to have a hibiscus tea iced and she made it to perfection.
Currently they do have a holiday tea in four different flavors for less than $ 8 so come by. The quality of Teavana is beautiful as far as flavors go, this is what it means to have great tasting. Flavors that can easily please any palate. It was sweet that she asked me if I wanted to try this other kind of sugar but of course I only do Splenda©. How sweet she found me some Splenda© and I am very happy. What a fun way to begin a day of shopping and for less than $ 4, you gotta love it. Sorry Gloria Jeans across the hall, I just found my new poison of choice. Way to go Teavana! Now allow your workers to take tips, I wish she would of accepted it.

Loves tea and I figured
I would get her some tea and a nice new kettle and I am trying the nice free samples that are always out and wait about 10 min same 2 employees are helping 1 customer the Whole time while myself and another customer are just patiently waiting and me be the boisterous fellow I am I finally said something along the lines of there are 2 other customers here waiting and 2
People are waiting on 1 customer (12 min had surpassed of waiting) so I decided to take my business elsewhere thanks eBay

Terrible terrible service. Terribly rude and racist. If you are a minority, don’t even go here because they will throw nasty comments at you, as they did to me.
