My kids’ haircuts were ok, but what ticked me off was how the hair stylist kept trying to get me to buy products when I kept saying not today. I did need detangler so I asked for that, paid a good almost 20 bucks or so and after using it a couple times realized it was actually a cream gel. What the heck! Good job lady on getting your commission by selling me a product that I didn’t want. I guess you don’t care about returning customers.

Oh men came here by appointment and first time to experience this, please avoid ROBBINLEE!!! my gosh she cut my hair for like 5 minutes, don’t even care to check, no gel, no hot towel, she is rushing up to get the next waiting costumer. I will go back to this place but not with this lady.

All the ladies here are amazing! Came in today and they were packed, they were quick to each of their customers and were very apologetic for the longer than normal wait time.

I will never get my hair cut from here again. She messed up my hair. I asked for the dead ends to get trimmed. She cut about 3 inches off, she yanked on my hair the whole time, and didn’t bother to start up any conversation. Thanks for the messed up hair I now half to deal with. Super angry

this is where I go for my haircut. It has great location and very good hairstylists. I usually get Marilyn or Ayesha for my haircut and most of them are good and professional.

Decent place. Standard for supercuts. Sometimes there’s a wait if you don’t have an appt. Sometimes not. Depends on your luck. Clean waiting area. Nice employees, good customer service. A bit on the pricey side for guys that just need a trim or buzz. But it’s closer then my usual spot. Usually $ 7 for a regular cut/trim for guys at any Asian haircut place. But here it’s double for a basic cut. Only go when you have a ton to do and need to check off«haircut» on your list. AAA discount for haircut & shampoo.

Been to over a dozen different barbershops/hair salons and I have to say that this location is the most convenient. The hairstylist are all seasoned and know what they are doing. I usually make an appointment 15 min prior and get the same consistent hair style I always want.

I’ve been going to this location since I was a kid. It’s conveniently located off 91 freeway at Norwalk Blvd and is right by Seafood City(a Filipino grocery store). I really don’t like that they don’t completely dry your hair, so when I get outside, I have to shake out all the loose hair before I get in my car. If you want a crazy haircut, go somewhere else. If you just want a standard bob, an uncomplicated layered look, or a buzz cut, this is the spot for you.

I agree with the reviewer that said it was a coin toss to get a good haircut at this location. I used to think it was about 75⁄25 chance for a good cut a few years ago, so back then I would have given it 4 stars. However, now I think it is down to 40/60, and getting worse by the haircut. I am personally not going to go to this one anymore. I am going to try a different one and start fresh.

i was told my wait time would be 20 min. …it took 45 min to get seated. The worst part about it was that I was passed up by a women that had waited for only about 10 minutes, and seemed as if she knew the employee that helped her out. never again. i am steaming over this incident. just terrible. ½ –0 stars if possible.

Agree with Alan! 100% agree!!! I’ve been saying that for 14 years!!! 80% of the time I’m disapponted… But still roll on in when I’m in a pinch.

This place is a 50⁄50 toss up when it comes to haircuts. Some stylists are horrible but theres 2 or 3 that are good. Truthfully I can’t understand why super cuts are in business.

You ever have that friend you can’t stand but you keep on finding yourself chillin’ with them? They take up space but you seem to have an insignificant attachment to their presence. That pretty much sums up my relationship with Supercuts. I know its expensive at $ 15 + tip. I know the wait is long. I know the so called stylist will give me a boring fade no matter how much in detail I describe the do I want. Knowing all the negatives, I find myself coming back when in dire need of a cut. It’s not the worst place but far from being the best. It gets the job done. I tell myself after every cut it’s the last time I pay a visit. Sh*t Ive been saying for 3 years now and I still keep on coming back. Never knew I was such a masochist. Loser!
