It’s a chipotle no surprises here. Food is consistently good at this location. Only downside is the crowded parking lot so just put your patience hat on if coming here during peak lunch time hours due to all the business buildings and shopping in the vicinity.

I mean, it’s a Chipotle. I came here to redeem a free burrito that was mailed the first week of March. 5 stars for their generous portions and quick burrito building skills. Also props on their well cooked fajitas. Some restaurants will overdo the veggies and they turn all soggy. All they need is a quick fry and let them tenderize on the warmer. 3 stars for layout of this restaurant and overall lack of listening skills from their cashier that day. Overall 4 stars.

I’m not rating based on the food because my vegetarian burrito was delicious. I am rating them a 1 star because they served me an Evolution apple juice that was 2 months past the expiration date. I wouldn’t be making a big deal about this normally but I am 15 weeks pregnant which puts me in the high risk category for contracting a food-borne illness. I will be contacting them today to make sure they do not serve them to anyone else. In the future, Chipotle should make sure they are checking the dates on the drinks in the cooler especially since they probably have a low turnover because I’m assuming most people order a fountain drink. I will now continue to worry and contact my doctor tomorrow to see the necessary steps I should take.

I love chipotle. The employees are always friendly. But please be generous to vegetarians. I don’t care for the sofritas. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for an extra scoop of fajita veggies. I’m not getting any meat. My meat is the veggies. I do offer to pay extra though because the servers at all chipotles seem to not be generous on the veggies even when I ask for extra. They’re veggies. Super cheap. When someone asks for extra veggies go ahead and serve them up. Vegetarians like to feel full also. I’m willing to pay if that’s what it takes. Thank you for having vegetarian choices!!!

this chipotle is probably one of the worst locations I’ve been to. barely did a spoonful of rice. and when I asked for more she walked back and slammed the tiniest bit of rice in my bowl. super rude staff. my bowl was barely filled. chipotle needs to figure out a way to evenly fill their bowls at every location because each person does it differently. there’s no reason for my $ 8 steak bowl to barely reach half with everything in it. not coming back to this location.

This location is horrible to their employees. Not only are they guilty of stealing wages from their employees, their store manager«restauranteur» Kelly Kokora intimidated me personally out of applying for workers comp when I got a staff infection from their kitchen. Do not support this business.

This is not about CHIPOTLE but about the customer service. Every time I come in, usually about 30 minutes before they close, they are already cleaning everything up & seem to get disappointed because no one wants to help you, because they’re are too busy cleaning up & ready to go home. I understand everyone wants to go home after a long day but no need to be rude.

I’m avid Chipotle fan, I was excited to receive an e-mail from ZIPCAR that there was a Buy One Get One free deal for members. I planned my dinner spot and budget to go to Chipotle after running errands. I was looking forward to the deal where one was for dinner and the other I could show off at work to my friends. When I went up to the cashier, I showed her my Zipcar card and the email. Before even looking at the email, she just kept denying the coupon. In addition to that, she called over the manager(Jaime) to tell him in Spanish(which I understand), to him to deny it and that I was possibly lying. So in return, he made up some excuse saying I must have a «barcode to scan, because there is no promotion.» I ended up just paying the $ 15.37, but due to the embarrassment and frustration I drove home. As I got home, I realized I did not get a receipt for my purchase. It’s no wonder that this location receives lower marks for its service and laissez-faire attitude. I should’ve went with my instincts and gone to my home Chipotle location Tower and I-70, where they’re very friendly, and get my order right. I apologize about my frustration; however, if there was no promotion sent out, then I wouldn’t have minded. Lastly, if they would have been more professional and not assume others may understand their Spanish insults, then I wouldn’t have to bother whomever is reading this.

This location is very inconsistent on what to expect. Sometimes the portions are what they are supposed to be and sometimes they are skimmped. Well on Saturday, i defiantly got over charged. I ordered a veggie bowl and instead of puttong the green and red salsa in my bowl I got it on side and I got charged for it. That has never happened so Im pretty upset about that. I guess next time Ill just throw it in my bowl.

I’m not sure what I would do without Chipotle. The quality and tasty ingredients, variety of ingredient, awesome staff, value, and atmosphere are unbeatable. The location is an especially cool atmosphere and it’s fax to order service is awesome, especially with my picky ordering. Big fan!

The two employees that helped me seemed stoned. They couldn’t wrap my burrito, and all I got was sofritas, rice, beans, salsa, cheese, and guac. They kept mangling the burrito until it looked absolutely unappetizing, and even tried to wrap it with two tortillas to no avail. One made some odd comments, which made me suspect he was absolutely lit. Too bad I had already paid, cause by the time they finally got it wrapped by the chef in the back, I was pretty nauseated :( Also, I came in at 9pm, and everything looked dried out and not fresh. If you’re going to be open till 10pm, then please keep the quality of the product consistent until closing.

Can’t really go wrong with a chain like Chipotle. This one’s in walking distance of work, so I go there quite often. Even during the busiest lunch hours the staff is always smiling. Gotta love that. It’s also always clean and the first Chipotle I’ve been to that separated their Landfill/Compost/Recycle bins. Definitely a plus!

So I typically don’t write reviews for chain restaurants, but I HAVE to comment on the service we received at this location. This was my first experience at a Chipotle Mexican Grill and I was so disappointed that I would not recommend this location to anyone. First of all as someone who has worked in customer service for a while, let me say this«the customer is always right» — regardless if you feel they are not. It’s your job to work with the customer to resolve issues. The guy that rang us up told us $ 18.09. My bf gave him $ 20.10 and he goes on to use the cash register then tells us that there was a glitch in their system and that someone else was going to have to ring us up on another register. A different guy comes over, rings us up then tells us $ 20.02. I say to him that the previous total was $ 18.09 and basically after a lot of back and forth he tells me that there’s nothing he can do about it since that’s the correct total and that maybe the guy before him rang us up wrong. And… that’s my problem?! Okay so it’s over $ 2, what’s the big deal right? Well had he provided better customer service it probably would not have bothered me, but instead he consistently tells us that WE’REWRONG and that there’s nothing he can do. Dude, take the fricken drink off our tab, what is it to you to give us a free drink for an error by another employee? It’s not our fault he told us that $ 18.09 was our total when it wasn’t. Then after we pay the $ 20.02 he goes over to another employee and we can see them TALKINGSHITABOUTUS! Yup… so pretty much will NEVER go back to this location. Maybe the guy that helped us and the other one that decided talking shit about us when it was there mistake should go grow up.

This is always a staple in the lunch rotation. They have very fast service. The parking lot can be a bit tricky but behind the Buffalo Wild Wings there will always be parking. You’ll want to check out the meats before deciding which one to go with that day. I’ve had the chicken, steak and barbacoa before. One tip is to go for the fajita vegetables in front of the beans. I usually substitute them for beans. They’re charred and delicious.

Located REALLY close to my office I didn’t know what I was missing. How did I never know this place existed. Yes I drove past the dozen or so all over town but never stopped in. One day a Co-Worker asked me along for lunch and I reluctantly joined them. GEEZE what the heck was I thinking never stopping in! I went back 5 more times that week alone. OK maybe that was a bit of over kill, but to me it was like finding that one thing that filled the void of the lunch hour dulldrums. It’s consistant no matter which one you go to and at this point I have been to Chipotles across the US. My way: Burrtio Bowl Brown Rice, Black Beans, Steak, Corn, Extra Corn, Cheese, Sour Cream and Lettuce. Normally that’s a 2 meal deal for me:) which is added value.

Another chain restaurant … another ho hum review. I remember Chipotle being so much better, but then again, I have been exposed to amazing food since having last eaten at a Chipotle. I like their fresh food concept and what they stand for, but the food was simply bland. I had a barbacoa burrito, skipping the rice(because I know rice is notoriously bland). The flavors just weren’t there. I’d rather go to a small, locally owned taco shop and get the real deal than settle for something average.

Aside from the fact that I ABSOLUTELYLOVE chipotle, this location wasn’t anything more special than the others. I actually thought that the servings were a tad smaller in regard to what I am used to from other Chipotles. I did love the fact that they had some nice out door seating that is perfect for people watching. Nonetheless, I still love chipotle and will name my first born, Guacamole!

Diners can rely on Chipotle to provide a consistent, wholesome meal. They just do a good job. Paleo-eaters can opt for the chicken salad sans beans and rice, with or without nightshades and with or without dairy for a quick meal. Oh. dont forget the guacamole!

Brand new Chipotle location here in the Fall of ’12. The interior is trendy and looks good. The seating is pretty sparse. They could really do with doubling the seating. We were lucky to get a seat at 11:40, so i can’t imagine how the normal lunch crowd handles it. The food is good, and about what you’d expect at any Chipotle. They had quite a few staff and the line moved really quickly.
