Love their customer service. Had lip wax done by Emily, Samantha and Kelly (they have a great wax that almost doesn’t hurt), also Emily did a great job applying my lashes that lasted 3 days. Lovely, talented ladies, very fun looking and clean place. Highly recommended.

I have been going to Samantha for over a year. When I started with her my brows were in rough shape! I was over tweezed and uneven. She has been amazing and I highly recommend her. My mom also goes to the brow bar, she sees both Emily and Samantha.

The wait is ridiculous even if you do have an appointment. Once you are seated they take 30 minutes just doing your eyebrows… everyone should definitely try the European wax center instead.

I’ve been getting my brows done here for about a year and half and I couldn’t love it more. I would never go anywhere else for a waxing! I get my lip and brows waxed by Kelly or Sam. Even though Kelly always does a great job, nobody does my brows like Sam does. She’s great at what she does and she’s polite and easy to talk to! I leave with perfect-​looking brows, limited skin tenderness, and no pain at all. It’s easy to make an appointment by calling ahead (or you can just drop in and wait) and the entire staff is super courteous. They always listen to what I want, but I don’t really have to say anything because they always do such a great job. I would recommend them to anyone!

After reading Unilocal reviews looking for a brow wax, I made my first appointment in 2014 with Emily. She is a pro! I have a regular appointment at the brow bar every 3 weeks. I have to agree with Crystal! Great customer service, knowledgeable technicians and my brows have never looked better.

Extremely rude. I heard so many good things and ended up with someone who was a total jerk! Go have your I hate my life pity party somewhere else. Never coming here again. And she didn’t even listen to what I wanted. Horrible customer service.

I was taken care of quickly as a walk in over the weekend. I was surprised with how nice and knowledgeable all the girls were about makeup and waxing. This place rocks! Sam did an amazing job on my brows (I have only gotten my brows waxed about 3 times in my life), and honestly I will never go anywhere else. I look forward to my next visit.

The people that work here are great. They do a great job on my eyebrows every time and are always on time and prepared for the appointments. they are also extremely clean. Its nice that they also offer to apply some makeup or cover up after your wax is done so that you look like when you walked in which is really nice.
I have literally have all the girls wax my eyebrows and trust all of them since they are all very professional.
Also, you get a free wax on the week of your birthday! no where else that i know of does this!
