I haven’t even been there yet but the person who answered the phone was pleasant. I needed to be near the Oyster Farm for a wedding and she said we were close. I’m anxious and excited as we’ve never been to Cape Charles. I’ll let you all know more Saturday.

We think this place is great. Friday night was the second time we have stayed there on our way down to the OBX. It’s clean and convenient and they take dogs for a small fee.

Being the only place with an open room at 3am on a Friday in the summer i have to say that was nice. But the stains on the carpet, holes in thr wall and a bathroom that looks like is is straight out of a horror movie is really what this place is about. I would definitly stay away unless its absolutely dire straights that you need somewhere to crash or else you will fall asleep at the wheel. Also it had a charming wakeup call at 8am of a bunch of people practically screaming outside my window on the conveniently placed benches
