Doug tried to push to send coffee overseas to vets $ 1.00 My wife came back for a refill of our ice tea, Doug charged her $ 11.00.After dropping her at home, I ran back to the mall and got a refund with Lauren. Very disappointed

Over all I think the coffee is good I would definitely go here for coffee instead of anywhere else at the mall, the assistant manager lacks good costumer service she doesn’t show any interest when she does her job she is very un welcoming and I do try to avoid her everytime I come here! If that’s what coffee bean is all about then I think I will start looking for another place where they will actually show a bit of interest in their job!

Their dark roast, which ever one it happens to be, is always good. I’d say it’s the best coffee of all coffee stores. There’s a nice area outside the store to sit and enjoy your coffee. There’s sometimes a little confusion about who’s served next in line. A better selection of pastries would be nice. But I still give this a better review than others.

Love it! I come every morning to buy a drink created by the staff called a Mr. mustache! Gets my day started so well. Love the coffee bean :) Plus, the staff is always super sweet!

Honestly, I never go to this one because of the service I’ve received recently. But I work at the mall now and Coffee Bean is the only coffee shop I like. recently they got a new Manager. I think her is Mia or Milla. Shes awesome. She was so patient with me. She seemed to have control over her team. I have been here almost everyday this month. No complaint!

So this is the second time I have been turned down for organic coffee… and really, as much as I’ve supported CBTL because it is the only coffee place I really like, I must say that I have been quite disappointed with the service… Tonight, Lea Pineda(barista) was quite vigilant about not wanting to make me an organic coffee even after it said… «Organic: by request after 12 pm.» It’s not busy night… My husband and I were the only customers around… She said, «we stop brewing that after 12.» As I pointed to her that the sign says by request after 12, she quickly responds, «oh we are out!»(When there are packages of organic coffees on display… And apparently… I quickly turned around to the other barista that was actually busy and asked, «are you really out of organic coffee?» he replies, «No… It just takes more work, but I would be glad to make it for you.»(This after they noticed that I have been taking pictures of the signage…) good try for recovery man… So is this just pure laziness or do you really not need the business??? Some of us have certain restriction and this is quite a treat only to be disappointed cause your lazy ass would not want to make a couple of coffees? Take your signage down that says«We guarantee that your drink is the way you like it…» when you can’t live up to it… I hope Lea Pineda will be reprimanded by management for having having bad form when it comes to customer service… Lazy!

Horrible service by the manager and it rolls down to some of the team members. I don’t blame them, I would hate to work with her. Maybe that’s the reason why I always saw new faces when I used to purchase at coffee bean. I understand now! MEDIOCRELEADERSHIP!!! I will forever avoid this company.

Super Awesome Staff, very super clean. Holds at 20 patrons. The drinks as always super great. The mood here is friendly. Limited on plug-ins, but to grab and go, it’s perfect. The service is super fast and reliable. I give this place two thumbs up!

Ok so I don’t work at the mall anymore but this location is my go to spot! I’m not a huge fan of all their employees because I’m so particular with my drink, with that being said if Jocelyn or Byron aren’t there to whip up some goodness I’d rather skip on my coffee.

I go to this coffee Bean and tea leaf almost every day and I love seeing familiar faces such as Byron and Lauren they always have a smile on their face they’re always so nice and accommodating. They bend over backwards to make you happy and it’s just really awesome to start my day by having people greet me by name and make sure I’m super happy with something as simple as my coffee or my tea

Not my favorite of the Coffee Bean locations. The cashier wasn’t very friendly and the other girl was visiting with an off duty co-worker and they were both swearing loudly. That didn’t really burger me, but it might deter some. My main issue is they have my friend dairy after she had requested soy, when she is a vegan. Maybe it was an off day, but I didn’t have the best experience.

My 3 is average not bad, not best. Neutral. I do love their Black Forest Ice Blended drink though. Line does go fast, which I do enjoy. Actually since line does go fast, I want to give this 3.5!!! This just went down to a ONE!!! They ran out of Cherries, so they cannot make my Black Forest Drink!!! I am SOMAD! I stood in line for NOTHING(even though it went by faster then usual long lines, but I still had to stand & waited)!!! They could of at least have a sign out to be courteous!!! SOOOOMAD!!!

The worst service ever! These rookies need to take a lesson from the Starbucks playbook on how to handle crowds. They get so overwhelmed and loose all focus. I went the day after Christmas and these kids could not handle the orders they had. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my drink and people around me where getting the wrong orders and the baristas were ignoring them and in a zone. I know it was a busy time, but they should have expected that kinda rush and staffed accordingly.

After couple hours of Xmas shopping, I went to Coffee Bean to get my caffeine fix but was sadly disappointed. The barista had a bad attitude and the drinks I ordered were horrible. I ordered a dirty chai latte but it tasted like watery vanilla water. My dad asked her if it was the right order and the barista got all fussy. I understand there was a long line of people but there’s no need to be rude. After a few moments, she told me she was out of chai so I asked for a regular soy latte. I’ve had Coffee Bean before and I’m usually not one to complain but I was very disappointed today. The lattes my father and I received tasted like milky, hot water. I just wanted some caffeine :(

It was the most unpleasant experience ever. I was waiting around for my drink and have witnessed this very rude barista snap at a customer ahead of me for complaining about his drink. So I then started paying attention to make sure he was preparing my drink the way I ordered. I have ordered a large café Americano with room for cream but this rude barista ignored my orders and fill the water all the way to the top. I told him that I ordered with some room and he just poured the coffee half way down. I then asked him to make me a new one and he did so in frustration. He then handed me a brand new Americano with cup half empty. Was this supposed to be a joke? Cause it was not funny at all. I was furious. I then told him I would take a refund instead and he just pointed to the cash register and told me to go get it there. No apologies or anything. This barista should not be allowed to make coffee. He was evil. I would not go back there as long as this rude barista is still there. FYI Coffee Bean HQ, This incident happened at around 5:30 pm on Saturday 12÷06÷14.

Was going to stop and get coffee until I heard the tall blonde employee with a ponytail screaming profanities at her two other employees. Every other word was the«F» Bomb. Pretty classy. I couldn’t tell if she was«messing around» or not. Regardless, not the way I’d want my employees conducting themselves and representing my store/company.

Super busy since it’s in the mall and right in the food court area. I don’t come often to this coffee bean but my drinks have usually been very good and I don’t wait any longer than the other locations. They keep the line moving right along. There’s a good selection of fresh pastries too.

Just your avg CBTL… I do prefer them over Starbucks because of the better selection of Tea. Been here several times and service is pretty good. They tend to churn out the drinks consistently and correctly even when swamped… But then again it’s not too hard to jack up a hot tea… Hahahah or a large coffee Generous selection of other goods and good staff make this a 4 star
