Where else can you get four large GOOD20oz boba teas for less than $ 11? Gotta love the Nestle here, and their selection as well! Price and value is all there!

Used to be a good spot until i noticed that my favorite employee was no longer there. her name was claudia and she was very friendly but now im stuck with some annoying asain lady who hardly understands english. when i asked for the manager she replied saying she was. i left because i felt like she kept pressuring me to buy something that i didnt want. not coming here again. my kids rather go to mrs fields now.

I am not the type of person to usually give a bad review but i cant help it. I ordered a mocha boba but the people working there had no idea what that was. Instead they started asking me about ao frappé and if i wanted blended or w.e. I told them the way you usually make it. They stood and gave me a blank stare. When they finally brough me my drink it was disgusting. I dont even know why i am giving this place 2 stars. I guess its because the staff was freindly after all.

Monica was very sweet. She made my sons cookie for his birthday just the way he wanted. Designed perfectly. She was patient and did not react from all the pressure I have her. For teenager she seemed like an adult.!usually teenagers working in these places don’t pay attention to detail.

Just visited this location while shopping at Target just across the Mall. OMG! This place is crazy good if you like cookies. I mean, they are freshly baked, reasonably priced, and made with extra effort. I am a regular customer now. The baker who decorates the giant birthday cookies deserves a raise as she has some mad decoration and art skills. I really enjoy this place and list it as one of my pleasurable weaknesses. Thank you Nestle Tool House Café.

Ordered a few choc chip cookies. They were delicious. They’re made just how I like them. Crunchy with a soft chocolaty center. Oh heaven…

i have NEVER seen a nestle toll house café before in my life, i did not know these heavenly things existed! my stomach was excruciatingly full but i could not pass up an opportunity to sink my teeth into a warm nestle cookie!!! we ordered 6 mini cookies and shared them all between the four of us and sadly, this was my first time ever throwing a cookie in the trash can. they were not freshly baked, not warm, and tasted like prepackaged cookies. i was very disappointed. also, the menu is pretty disgusting. they offer«combo meals» which are cookies & soda. that is a big no-no.
