Go here whenever I’m at the mall. If Amber is there, make sure she’s the one who makes your drink. She can froth milk better than any barista I’ve ever seen! Yum!

Good coffee. Better than Starbucks. Got cold latte. Was real good. Service was good too. Will go there again.

You can get steamed almond milk in your coffee! Starbucks and coffee bean don’t do that. They also have sugar free syrups for a flavored latte in the following favors: mocha, hazelnut, caramel, French vanilla. They also have nuts and energy bars for snacks. My coffee was served perfectly hot… not luke warm.

This was so random and unexpected but the soy iced vanilla chai I had from here today was probably the BEST chai I’ve had in my life thus far. It was super sweet which is probably not the healthiest thing… but it was seriously iced heaven in a cup on a hot afternoon! Literally going to think to park outside Nordstrom to get my chai here instead of Starbucks. This chai was worth walking through a department to get. It’s the little things in life, people.

I had the pomegranate ice tea and it was really refreshing. My issue was with the wait time and the seating. The staff were very helpful and friendly but things were just running a bit slow. I was with my wife and we got a piece of the lemon cake and the carrot bar cake. The lemon cake was so zesty and lemony that I had a great time having bite after bite. The carrot cake was amazing… it tastes exactly like a carrot!

I usually like coming here all the time but one of the employees here the last time I came here lacks any customer service skills. From the people who were ahead of me to the service he provided me and someone else I was with was horrible. He was impatient and rude. It seems he does not want to be working but there’s no need to take it out on the customers. I’ll most likely avoid coming here when he’s working the cash register but if this was my first time here and I got the service like I did from him, I would NEVER return.

Coffee is good, but line was very long and as soon as we ordered we were rushed through… not the Nordstrom way Ebar!

Love their Latte, Almond Honey Latte and Caramel Latte. Always a good stop when in Nordstrom.

Always great to stop here for a snack and a drink to prep for a shopping spree at Nordies.

I love the iced hazelnut. My boyfriend and I come here religiously but today was THE WORST. Rude. Beyond rude. I don’t think I’ll go back. I am genuinely upset. Upset enough to write this while I’m still here.

One of the best E bars! They are so friendly and pretty quick. Always gave great suggestions and will work with whatever crazy diet in on :)

I’m so irrationally sad that Nordstrom E-​Bars don’t dot the city like Starbucks does. It’s truly upsetting to me.
This is my absolute favorite coffee chain (and I’m not a fan of chain coffee whatsoever — I don’t even like Coffee Bean or Peet’s and will only go to either if I’m in a bind or with a friend who wants to go). But Nordstrom E-​Bar is another story. I practically live off of their honey almond lattes (year-​round, it’s delicious iced or hot and surprisingly low in calories compared to most flavored coffees) and their Mexican hot chocolate (in the winter). I love their pomegranate lemonade too (so good and perfectly sweet and sour!). They also have an impressive spread of to-​go lunches and desserts, all of which are absolutely delicious (try the barbecue chicken salad or grab a cup of de-​shelled edamame if you want a quick, healthy snack).
The service is always quick and pleasant and the location is convenient and central (in mall terms). If only there were free standing E-​Bars all over the place… if only…

The staff is great and attentive! They always remember the names of the people they serve!

Ohhhh Ebar! What would I do without you?! I work in the mall, so I stop by at least once a day. Usually for an iced tea, a snack, or sometimes coffee. If I don’t know what I want, they’ll make recommendations. They have plenty of yummy options drink and food wise, and the salads are pretty amazing. Each employee really does do their best to make your experience a good one. I’ve seen rude customers snap at them or ask the to remake their drink because they said extra hot and it’s still not hot enough, and they always take it in stride. I’ve never had a bad experience, and they always brighten my day!

The worst storm I ever had. I’ve had a couple of locations but this one was really bad. It was just like crushed ice no taste.

Stopped by while waiting to get a pair of shoes shined inside Nordstrom. Had there cold brewer coffee and I must say this is one of the smoothest cold brews I have had. No butter or acid flavor, just pure coffee essence.
They offer many choices here but when it’s hot outside I prefer a cold cup of Java.
Also worth mentioning is that they carry ur full line of sweeteners, not too many places leave stevia out!!! Too many people be taking that stuff home ahahhaha

One of the best E-​Bars I’ve ever been to! Super friendly staff & they always recommend drinks that always hit the spot for me. Scottie is my fav, he always has my usual (enorme iced coffee with 2 shot with vanilla & hazelnut) ready within a minute span that I’m there. Again, great service! 5 stars for being awesome.

A ‘She-​She’ little coffee shop that stems from the actual dept store. First impression is that it would be overpriced and the quality would not live up to the value, but I must admit It wasnt too bad. I tried the Red Velvet Latte which seems to be a seasonal beverage, and found it palatable. For this location, seating is situated on the outskirts of the store that enters the mall. They do sell small snacks and pastries that looked delectable, but didnt get the chance to try them. In my opinion I think they do stamp their customer service personal. Job well done!

I almost gave this cool little coffee/​snack bar 4 stars, as some of their snacks are overpriced for the portion size, but the impeccable customer service absolutely merits 5. Their drinks (coffee based, and otherwise) are always well made and the pastries they sell are delicious. Although the line can sometimes get long, the staff does their best to get orders out in an efficient and friendly manner. And while there isn’t any seating in the ebar itself, there are plenty of tables just outside. Great spot to get your caffeine fix, and a snack, while you try to justify the money you’ve just impulsively spent.

I don’t have enough good things to say about the E-​Bar!
From the chai tea lattes, Americanos, espresso and mexican hot chocolate. they deliver nothing short of BLISS. Being a coffee fanatic this place always satisfies my fix! I love all of the employees here. They remember my usual drink and my name. When it’s busy they make sure to take my order while I wait so the drink is prepared by the time I’m done paying. Talk about customer service!!! I spend all of my 15 minute breaks waiting in line for a latte; but it is totally well worth it. Definitely stop by next time you are in the neighborhood. This place will have you kissing your Starbucks/​Coffeebean days good bye in no time (:
