I like going into this Starbucks for my late night coffee fix. Russell is always so nice and never expresses any frustration in me coming in right before closing time. My coffee is also best when he makes it. I’m loyal to this location because of him. Thanks Russell!

Not so friendly staff. I always go there and they are not the greatest trained team in customer service. Today I was there and got major attitude from a male cashier. Coffee bean is a cross the street. Next time I’m changing my coffee to coffee beans.

This Starbucks is a disappointment. There are crumbs all over the floor, dirty plates, cups, and dirty napkins on the tables. There were two baristas who were talking the whole time without bothering to clean this place! These two young adults need training to do light and simple housekeeping and this Starbucks gives a poorly reputation and needs a better first impression because it is ridiculously disappointing. Where the sugar and milk are located there is sugar all over the counter and where they place the small different sugar bags it is completely dirty. C’mon step it up and do your job! It is very embarrassing and upsetting especially since it is located in Calabasas. I’m sure they have not taken action to fix this problem since it is usually only high school students who go here to do their homework or study. Management please do something about it and train your employees!

I’ll start with a good morning. I hardly ever go to the Starbucks in the commons, this might be my 5th time and as of right now I don’t think I will ever be coming back. I ordered a hot green tea with oatmeal the barista in front of me was very very nice. The other barista next to her starts asking her questions as she is picking her nose. I though OMG!!! Then the unthinkable happens, she starts eating it… And then picks her nose again and eats it, and she did it three more times. This is an older lady with glasses and long oily hair. May 3, 2016 This Starbucks is officially banned by me. I will no longer tolerate the barista Julie picking her nose and eating it anymore. Here we go again I thought I would walk in and get my coffee and maybe a small treat but as soon as I walked in guess who I saw? You got it, the nose picker. And guess what she did? Picked her nose and ate it again. This Starbucks is officially banned by me.

Jill is a very sad rude person who does not like her job. God bless her soul. I never had a problem at any Starbucks like I did with this lady. I will never come back to this location and will be complaining to corporate. I feel discriminated against.

Had a drink made badly at Agoura hills location(ordered two of same and one just didn’t taste right), they remade it here with no issues. Very friendly about the whole situation.

A couple days ago I went into Starbucks which I love!!! I live right around the corner. when I was in line, the man in front of me who I never meet and have never seen was ordering his drink and asked the cashier to pay for mine as well. Although it was a nice gesture I thanked him for his gratitude and denied the request. I wanted to buy my own drink. He went back and forth a couple times till he finally took my word and said okay. A moment late I got up to the cashier to pay for my drink who was rude to me assuming she felt I was rude because I didn’t allow a stranger to pay for my drink. I then went to the waiting area when about 10 minutes later, no one was waiting for their drink or in line and my drink was still not there. I asked the Barista who was very nice if my drink was ready when he apologized explaining she never even wrote on the cup to give him my drink order. she turned and said«oh sorry» and walked away! SHEWASHORRIBLYRUDE! ITSMYDECISIONWHETHER I WANTSOMONETOPAYFORMYDRINKSANDNONEOFHERBUSINESS!!! ADVICE: GETNEWSTAFF. — this was on Valentines Day roughly 11:00am– if you would like to do something about it…

Don’t love this store as much as I do others in the area. They’re so slow and the staff doesn’t even know my name Eventhough I come often. I think it’s time for me to stop coming to this location. The lobby is always a mess and the baristas never smile except when the manager is there, she’s nice.

The service here has gotten much better lately!!! It gets a little crazy here in the mornings but they hired some new staff and it seems to be working out very well. Wait times have been cut in half. If you are a regular they usually will greet you by name and ask you how have you been, that’s a nice touch! Thanks…

I had an absolutely repulsive experience the other day at this starbucks that will certainly stop me from visiting this particular starbucks ever again. I was waiting in line to place my order and the person in front of me was waiting to get their drink refilled. Usually what happens is when a customer comes in asking for a refill the barista will dispose of the cup and not reuse it to keep up with hygienic standards. However, in this particular case the barista was upset for whatever reason. Rather than asking this customer to throw his cup away he SNATCHED the cup out of the customers hands and threw the contents(coffee/milk/ice) into the sink before slamming the cup down on the bar. I thought nothing of it and assumed it was a garbage sink of some sort, but the part that really repulsed me is that the sink this barista dumped this guys probably herpes filled cup into was a sink they used to rinse off the glasses they used to make my ice tea. It was just kinda gross to me. I totally regret not saying anything when I was initially in there, but I’m socially awkward and not confrontational. Thus instead of saying anything I chucked my ice tea in the garbage and bought a bottled one at Ralphs. :/

Waited 5 min for someone to come to the register. Then the guy making drinks, kieth, spent another 15 minutes chatting s girl up. He does not show an ability to multi task. I’ll go across the street next time.

I like the remodeling that they did to this location. Makes the space looks bigger and more open than before. The staff is usually pretty nice and the lines arent too long here in the mornings. Gotta come in early though to get my favorite SPINACHFETAWRAP! they run out by 11 am sometimes and then i have to settle for the tomato mozzarella panini! Cool addition are the wireless charging rings. Downside is you have to use a pad on the table for the ring to work. Nice idea though.

It’s 2:15 pm, nobody in line when we walked in. Batista did not say hello, just asked what we wanted. Every table is dirty, the floor has napkins, sugar packet wrappers and straw wrappers on it, and the bathroom floor is wet and dirty. Gross!

Great Starbucks location. Plenty of nice people enjoying coffee and reading. No wannabe producers talking on cellphones or having«production» meetings. It’s as good as it’s gonna get here. The staff is way cool and quick. We ordered a couple cups that were ready by the time we paid and walked over to the pick-up counter. Lot’s of good outdoor seating that’s no smoking since you can’t smoke in Calabasas. The entire town seems to be dog friendly so expect to see people sitting with their dogs. Wish I lived closer!

Why can’t baristas know how to make a proper drink. A no foam chai tea latte should have NOFOAM and actually taste like chai not steamed miles and half foam!!! Get it together starbucks!!!

We all have been to numerous locations throughout Los Angeles County and I’m addicted to Starbucks, I’ve never written a bad review because they do try their best & they do work hard. I gave this Starbucks at least 3 chances before I started to write a review. This is the ONLY location that does NOT make your drinks according to when you pay, if the line is really long and your drink takes the longest to make(such as the ice teas) they will make everyone elses drink before yours. When I asked the barrista about it, he didn’t even care. Thankfully there’s a Coffee Bean across the street :)

Why write a review on Starbucks? Everybody know there pros and cons. But this Starbucks has a CLOVER machine. You ask what is a CLOVER machine, it make one cup of coffee at a time using s reverse French press process. It’s the best cup of coffee you will ever have. I have turned many people to try Clover and everybody is blown away how good it is. It located in the Commons Try it you won’t be sorry.

The thing that makes this Starbucks special is the people. The baristas at this location are, without exception, just wonderful. I wonder if when they have a position to fill at this location, they go to other Starbucks and just take their best employee? No matter how busy this place is I always seem to get in and out quickly, I have no idea why anyone is complaining about them taking a long time, that has not been my experience and I come here almost every day. They always know my usual order, but ask before ringing it up just in case I’m feeling adventurous. If you’re anywhere in «old town» Calabasas, don’t hesitate to come by this place for a cup of joe or tea… you won’t be disappointed.
