There is something seriously wrong with this place. The manager is awful, and was completely disrespectful to a woman in front of me who had her order messed up. The ice cream machine was broken, as was their coffee machine. There was trash all over the outside. And I’ve had my order messed up more than a few times. Serves me right for going to McDonald’s anyway. One thing positive I will say is that the young kids working there do try to be nice, and there are beautiful pictures of Agoura Hills on the wall. Other than that, avoid this particular McDonald’s.

Best high class interior of all the McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. Stopped to take a break from the traffic jam and recharged. Good location right out of exit. I would stop there again in the future.

Being as there are no late night dining options in the area, this was our last resort. Open 24 hours, but the doors were locked at 11 pm, so I guess drive thru only. After placing our order at the window, waiting 10 minutes and no one showed up so we left without food, also since 2016 no more dollar menu, BOO!

RUDERUDERUDE. we had to resay our entire order at least three times and it was still done wrong and we could hear the employees loudly complaining at our not-even-difficult order. We were told to park and wait for our food. My boyfriend went inside ten minutes later to check on our food and the lady was handing our food to someone else! And when we finally got our food they gave us hardly any fries so he had to go in again! Never coming back here, they should all be fired.

Absolutely worst Egg McMuffin I’ve ever had. Cold, stale overdone muffin, tasteless, cheese a mess. I can seriously teach my 12 year old nieces to make a better egg McMuffin then this. On the positive, i must credit this location in curing me from any future temptations for any McDonalds fast food… doesn’t matter if they are franchises… they represent McDonald’s and the corporate offices allow this crap to be served!!! No wonder the brand is going downhill financially.

Feeling hangry and stuck in traffic during rush hour, I suddenly started craving McDonald’s and decided to get off the freeway for a quick drive-thru pre-dinner snack. The wait was pretty long for 3 cars(~10 minutes). Staff seemed relatively nice, but… they forgot to put napkins inside my bag :(I realized it when it was too late, and my hands were covered with oil and salt from the fries, and I had dressing on my face. Feeling desperate, I decided to rip up the bag to use a piece as paper towel. Then it dawned upon me that there was salt at the bottom, and that all came out when I ripped the bag in attempt to wipe my fingers and my face. A 2 hour drive later, I finally got home and had the chance to clean up. My car was probably very sad today as I made a big mess, and there’s no way I’ll possibly clean up every grain of salt spilled onto the car seat :)

Although I should no better I was foolish enough to try to. go through this drive thru again. Once again they proved that they are the worst fast food drive thru on earth! They made me pull over and wait while they got my order ready. When my food finally arrived I checked it. OFCOURSE they left out my quarter pounder. I had to now go inside and wait again while they made one. They lady working there just said«oh, I didn’t fill your order». I hate this place! They screw up my order more than half the time and they just don’t give a $hit. Stay away from this drive thru and check your order carefully if you make the mistake of going here.

Went here because it was just off the freeway on the way to the beach. I was greeted by the cashier with a nod?!. No how can I help or how are you… okay. and then I ordered a large drink, thinking it was a dollar, since there new saying is «home of the dollar drink». And they said it has ended yesterday. But I told them I bought one earlier just down the street for a dollar.
So I asked for the manager thinking maybe she’ll let me have it for a dollar anyway, because I only brought a dollar and it just ended yesterday. The cashier yells out her name Maria!!! Like she’s some dog in the back… I was like, am I having a nightmare.5 mins pass and she finally wallows out yelling, «who wants the dollar drink!!!».whoa…not a How can I help you or what can I help you with?.. I told her to stop yelling at me and she says,” thats the way I talk!”.I didn’t even ask for the drink anymore because I realized that’s why this Mcdonalds has such bad reviews in customer service. the management is very poor. they are lucky that the location is ideal, otherwise this Mcdonalds would be out of business. I’m sure the customer service will eventually trickle down to the food and somebody will get really sick.

It’s McDonald’s. It’s open 24 hours. It never closes. It’s a non stop hard working machine. I usually stop here for coffee. This time, I got a rancid coffee that’s probably been sitting for a minute. McDonald’s is up and running at the wee hours when slumber is over other coffee shops. It’s a great place to go for coffee-generally.

Someone needs to fire the managers at this location. Why would an employee of any business ever do this? I went to order with my friend at McDonald’s. We got two separate orders he got an order for him and his friend and I got my own separate order. When we got to the window he asked for two ranch and got them. Then I asked for two sweet-and-sour and got nothing. neither one of us got chicken nuggets but the person at the window said that she already gave me two sauces. I explained that there was two separate orders made and I wanted sauces for my order and that he had already gotten sauces for his order. That didn’t change anything though she still wouldn’t give me a sauce and said she was a manager so I asked to speak with the other manager and the other manager gave me a hard time as well and told me that she won’t give me any sauces and less I ordered chicken nuggets. so I finally convinced her to give me one size but I wanted to just like my friend got for his order and she would not treat us the same because we had two separate orders and because we were not two different cars. I told her about the two separate orders thing and explained it and explain that it was bad business and that I was going to cancel my order and she just walked away. Then everybody ignored me for a good minute and a half to two minutes while the people behind me started honking. Then the first girl came back to the window and said, «what are you still doing here?». Then I canceled my order and she told me to drive around the corner and I told her know to give me my money and waited while she got me my money and took my order back. So these McDonald’s employees would rather lose business, piss off not only me as a customer but my friend who’s going to tell his friends, and piss off the customers behind me and all of us are going to tell, on average, at least 5 people about our bad experience and I left this review, all over a .30 sauce. BADBUSINESS!!! They should be fired and that company policy should be changed. Bad business bad business bad business!!! Every business knows never to piss off a customer that you make a profit off of, especially if it’s over 30 cents!!! So stupid! Some people like more sauce and some don’t like any sauce. I don’t even know if this is a real company policy or just some dumb employees. Either way it needs to be addressed. I’m sure I’m not the first person to have this happen. I have heard many complaints from friends about sauce issues. No reason to piss off or lose customers. I barely go to McDonald’s anymore already because I have had this problem before with sauce. If this happens on my next visit I’m banning myself from going here anymore and never taking my friends here. I’m the friend with a car so I control where we go eat. Please let me know if you hate the new sauce rules and don’t eat at McDonald’s as often because of it. Just like my comment at least.

Real convenient just off the freeway, so if you’re traveling west or east and want a bite and don’t want to get off well swing by. Plenty of parking, located in a large strip mall. Needed to get lunch on my way to Long Beach from Santa Barbara and used the drive-thru. Went pretty fast with only two cars in front of me. The exit is kinda weird since you have to go around the restaurant again to get the light that takes you back on the highway. Ordered the double quarter pounder with cheese and fries, all tasted fine, the McDonalds way.

Ordered from the drive thru at 9:26 p m Thursday July 2 nd, charged $ 7.20 for 3 cheeseburgers, asked for a receipt from the work release reject working the window, told the«computer was down» asked the price of a cheeseburger told $ 1.20 but they«Didn’t charge me tax«. Pointed out I was charged double. Asked for the General manager, told he wasn’t there, asked for his name told a first name«Abbas» .no last name. I’ll be contacting Mcdonald’s corporate tomorrow.

This place is consistently«cleaning» their ice cream and shake machines. Though I appreciate clean ice cream as the next guy/gal, I would think that you would want to do it during off peak times ? Yes, people, ice cream and shakes should be devoid of rat feces, fry salt and cooties but damnit, this is America. McDonald’s is supposed to be convenient, but all I am getting served is disappointment with a side of sadness. What does an Asian guy gotta do to celebrate his faux Irish heritage during St. Paddys day? I am just looking for a shamrock shake. Please Ronald, help out a lowly non important consumer from calabasas. Is this McDonald’s just that much better than the rest? Have I been eating dirty ice cream from McDonald’s all over socal for the last 30 years? Feel free to come to this location for your typical fries and burgers and mcribs and chicken nuggets that are shaped like elf boots and power morphers. But if you want to end your meal on a good note with self imposed diabetes via ice cream injection, you will only receive your dessert in the form of a paper sign apologizing that it is «that time of the week again — ice cream machine cleaning.» Kind of like when it is that«time of the month,» it’s better for me in the long run but cuts deep in the moment.

The worst McDonalds ever… Walked inside for 2 small coffees to go. The girl working behind the counter had filthy dirty hands & fingernails. Her hands looked like she worked at a mechanics’ shop… instead of McDonalds. There was NO line & the place was empty. And it still took 15MINUTES to get my coffee. Worst part… the coffee was NOT fresh.

The name should be MCGARBAGE. Ordering is fast, but the person at the other end needs to learn to speak ENGLISH. Once your order is in, it could take 10 – 15 minutes and this with 1 – 2 cars in front of me. I was told at 10:15 that breakfast was over. Why isn’t the owner of this franchise there to watch over his business. Give these employees a reason to enjoy their job. Maybe having a smile or saying HELLOWOULDBENICE. I read all the reviews and wonder if the owner reads this. I am sure he/she does but really doesn’t care. So the service is horrible inside and out and you go to a drive up to save time in long lines inside. HORRIBLEHORRIBLEHORRIBLE. If orders take so long, then it has to be the COOKS. Came here for the breakfast and ordered the big breakfast for $ 4. However, I did not want the sausage and wanted extra eggs instead but the lady at the counter said no and they would have to charge more. I’ve always been able to sub the sausage for pancakes at Jack in the Box and theirs is even cheaper at $ 3 and comes with pancakes! Now I remember why I rarely ever go into a Mcdonalds.
