Taco Bell is usually the only fast food I will eat because you can customize your order a lot and make things«healthy». When my mom moved into the neighborhood I ate Taco Bell quite a few times from this place and it was decent. Then I started ordering drive thru and it was a joke. The manager is the most foul, rude person I’ve met, and his employees are just as snarky and ungrateful as he is. He’s sarcastic and demanding and was EXTREMELY rude to me because he didn’t think I had pulled up close enough to the window?! Are you kidding me? He called me names and told me not to come back. Never ever go here. Don’t waste your money, just go one freeway exit over to the other Taco Bell. This place should be shut down or they need to replace the whole staff.

One of the cleanest Taco Bell’s and is consistent! I have been stopping at this Taco Bell for many many years on my road trips between Pizmo beach and San Diego. I love the location right off the freeway. And I love that every time I eat here it’s my favorite Taco Bell! The food is prepared and looks just like the pictures on the wall! The bathrooms are clean. Carlos was especially helpful and friendly to my kids as they ordered gorilla burritos… A.k.a. loaded potato griller’s!

I love ordering with the mobile app — but when the employee at this location went to hand me my tostada, she put it in the bag vertically. All the ingredients slid off the tostada. I told her I didn’t want it and decided not to have them re-make it(I never have a restaurant re-make anything out of fear — especially if you can’t watch them). So, I never received my order and asked to not be charged. The manager(another slow-witted Taco Bell employee) told me it’s impossible to give a credit for a mobile app order. So, I’m left with no food and still charged for my entire order.

Honestly, the second worst Taco Bell I’ve been to. Small portions compared to other Taco Bells(and I’ve been to like 20 taco bells). When I complained about the lack of beans in my burrito they said there were beans… I said there weren’t. He told me to unwrap it, and there were some beans… hardly noticable. He said it was«just taco bell»… but I don’t know, I kinda respect Taco Bells. Not this one. Still a Taco Bell, so not 1 star.

Just went through this drive through and just left. Without my food. The guy that calls himself the manager of this particular establishment, Gabriel, needs to learn how to manage his restaurant. I would expect bad service from an employee, but never from a manager of an establishment! After trying to charge me a price different than what was advertised, he said«do you want this food or not?» And I said«No. I don’t want to eat your spit.» He said, «okay then LEAVE» and he slammed the window shut. Gabriel, you need help. You need help at managing an establishment that you represent, and you need help managing your anger towards customers. The customer satisfaction was faaaar from met and we will not be returning thanks to Gabriel. Oh! And don’t worry, Gabriel, just as you shut the window on me and my boyfriend’s face, we will close your position as a manager once I write to Corporate about your incompetent, aloof behavior. Then you can explain to your wife why you’re no longer bringing home her dinner.

I literally go to Taco Bell everyday. I moved about 3 months ago and told the new tacobell that my other Taco Bell doesn’t charge for red sauce and they don’t. I told them that I would be coming to this new location everyday but they wanted to charge me to red sauce so I talked to the manager and he said he would give it to me for free and keep coming there, as a smart business person should. I had to do this with every manager. Today some girl manager that knows me because I literally have come everyday, told me her manager told her not to do it. I spoke with the gm and they said it was ok so I don’t know what she’s talking about. I told her to give him my number and that that I wouldn’t eat at that location every again because I know it’s a franchise and they need the business. The dumb girl let me, an everyday customer, get a refund and say I’ll never come back here again over 10 cents for red sauce on a burrito that they raised the price 70 cents on in the past year. Very smart hire Taco Bell. Wonder how many other customers this dumb manager has lost you.

We stopped here for a bathroom break and a snack on our way home from Santa Barbara. Firstly, the bathrooms are gross. It was a combo of dirty and outdated. At least I can say that it was cleaner than a gas station bathroom. We decided to order the nacho supreme, a chicken soft taco and a taco supreme to go. Friendly service but the quality of food was poor.

Nicest people ever! This is the only Taco Bell I will go to! Plus, the food is always good. I mean, it’s Taco Bell! Best fast food ever!

I have been okay with eating Taco Bell on super busy nights but wow was my experience here horrible never have I eaten such shitty tasting burritos. The burrito consisted of dry meat that was just hard it tasted as though it were dehydrated kind of crunchy. Then I took a bite and noticed a strong throw up flavor and smell coming from the burrito. Immediately threw it out and went to Starbucks and Starbucks saved my day.

Upscale Taco Bell dining. This one is clean and I never had a problem with the employees. The taco sauce packets are out by the soda machine an indication the managers trust the clients. No one in Calabasas is going to be taking them all home like in Van Nuys! I ordered the regular crunchy tacos and the shell was fresh and the ground beef didn’t feel as microwaved as some other locations. I will be running for the border at this establishment again!

Tonight we were debating grilling at home or hitting up Taco Bell for a couple of 12 packs. Taco Bell won. The service and drive-thru attendant were nothing short of exceptional: no lines, pleasant attitude and extremely accommodating as he waited for me to figure out what the three drunks in my car wanted to eat. Plus, the presentation of our sides of sour cream resembled those of a fine sit-down restaurant.

Don’t hire people to work the drive-thru if they can’t explain what ingredients are used on the food due to lack of training and inability to understand and express themselves in English. I had to leave because I could not communicate with the drive-thru person.

Not a whole lot of other food options in this tiny little strip mall off of the 101, but the restaurant portion of this TB was clean and well maintained(the bathroom could have used some love). Cashier was friendly, food was prepared the way we wanted, didn’t really want for anything during this visit. It was very Taco Bell.

Let’s be honest, like many other human beings sometimes a cheeseburger can hit the spot, and other times it’s a New Zealand lamb rack served paired Bouillabais that calms the roar inside your belly. This Taco bell executes it’s «Taco Bellness.» Food for the hungry, lazy, and/or intoxicated. My problem with this taco bell is the service. Of the 10 times I have been to this taco bell 6 have been terrible experiences. Majority of them are drive-thru mishaps. One time, the drive-thru forgot an entire meal and when I went back the next day, they gave me a $ 10 credit. Cool right? That’s what I thought until the following weekend when I went to use the credit, the very manager who gave me the credit forgot my drinks. Luckily I remembered and I turned around. When I went back, the manager laughed and said that it was my fault for not checking before i left. Wow… I decided not to let it bother me, until tonight. My roommate came back with 2 tacos missing from his order. Now granted, 2 tacos isn’t that big of a deal. But here is the list of TACO bell Screw ups! Over the course of 2 years. 1. No cinnisticks 2. no mexican pizza, no crunchwrap supreme 3. beef instead of steak burrito 4. No 7 layer nachos! 5. 2XXL beef chalupas instead of chicken 6. Forgot 2 taco supremes SCREWYOUTACOBELL! Now I am wondering how to go about reeming this taco bell in the arse. I think I’m going to print a critique and have a manager read it. Maybe then I’ll get some proper service.

I was heading up the 101, and was lured in by the $ 2 meal deal. It called to me, like a moth to a bright light, «eat me Dan, EATME.» Drive-through experience was quick and painless, the staff speaks English, got the order right, and I was in and out of there in 3 minutes. Gotta love a 5 layer burrito with fire sauce.

Like Paul mentioned, this is one of the best Taco Bells that I have been to. Don’t get me wrong, I don’t just go around eating fast food all the time, but since I recently moved that’s what I have been doing, lol. But anyway, this location was super clean, even the hot sauce packets had a lil décor going on. Really nice. The staff were cool, and the service was pretty quick. Very good image for the chain.

Taco Bell in general is, well… fast food. I don’t frequent fast food joints but on occasion I’ll crave an extra salty 7-Layer Burrito… or a Mexican Pizza. I’ll almost always regret having it when I’m done, but I never seem to remember that when I’m sitting in line at the Drive-Thru. That said… It’s A-OK for a fast food place.(I wouldn’t ever compare it to real Mexican food though…)
