Typisch amerikanisches Essen. Sehr netter Service. Tolle Cocktails, reichhaltige Speisekarte. Super Salatbuffet. Nur zu empfehlen.

Went back after a 3 year reprieve. Menu about the same. At least it was eatable. I had Chicken, Fries, green beans. Quite tasty. My husband had the Ribs & fries. He said they were much better than they used to be. At least I didn’t have to sit during my entire dinner listening to a drunk cursing as I did at Applebee’s. We will stop in again for a quick bite to eat.

It can be hit or miss here depending on the meals. We come usually once a week or every other week since it’s close to the house for a weeknight or Friday night meal. Most of the time my food is good. My bf has gotten some seafood dishes he wasn’t crazy about, but overall a good place for a good meal, for a chain restaurant. Love the salad bar, the croutons are DELISH. Service is usually good.

The food is over spiced and the descriptions of the food are inaccurate to say the best. Example New Orleans Style«Blackened» Tilapia, RT evidently thinks you can throw some blackening spice on a piece of sauteed fish and call it Blackened. The Salad Bar is a nightmare of poorly prepped vegetables. Example, unripe plum tomatoes sliced thin with an egg slicer. Cucumbers cut in half and then sliced PAPERTHIN so that they are slimy and watery form the get go and have no flavor. Spinach thrown into a bowl straight from the bag without washing it or removing stems. The prices are too high for the food portions and poor quality and the service is amateur hour. A bunch of children more interested in what time they are done than in being good at what they are doing. Not to mention a middle aged manager who is too busy oogling the waitresses to even act like he cares about the performance of his restaurant.

Ok… we hear enough bad… it’s time to give people props when they deserve it! I went to Ruby Tuesday with my two daughters and was more than pleasantly suprised! Our waitress,(Alex), was fantastic. She was pleasant and attentive. She attempted to upsell each of us with the restaurant’s lobster tail promotion,(I’m sure the managers are happy about that). Anyway, from the apps to the entrees we were very satisfied with taste and temperature of everything. Great job… it makes it easy to spend hard earned money when people care about making your dining experience a great one! I will be going back.

Surprisingly, I always get a good meal at Rubys. Salmon is fresh and well seasoned; but the unlimited salad bar is why I keep coming back. Veggies and salads(herb, romaine, and spinach) are always perfectly ripe… And they have like 30 choices. You also must try the California Flatbread… Amazing!

This is my elderly mother in law’s favorite place. She loves the Cajun Parmesan shrimp pasta. My wife and I have tried a variety of things on the menu and have been happy for the most part. My wife did get a tough piece of sirloin one time. There is a nice family atmosphere and it always appears to be clean. We go there often. We find the wait staff to be courteous and attentive.

Strike 2 for this place, first visit with family they were eating there and I ordered mine for take out at the same time, my family was done eating before I received my to go food? This time we ordered take out and 2 steaks were wrong so I called them and said we would be willing to drive back and get them done the way we wanted them, got home and the rare steak was ok but the medium steak was RAW. Called back and the manager was willing to make it right I said I would bring the steak back and show him. .He took my info and called me back asap. After to talking to John the manager he did all the right things. Would I go back because he did what was right… yes.

I have not been to a Ruby Tuesday in years and was pleasantly surprised and the changes that it has gone through. Probably pretty cookie cutter, but the ambiance is more upscale than I remember. It’s more modern and cozy, away from the local bar and grill atmosphere that I remember. We ordered the salad bar + buffalo chicken sliders($ 9.99) and the salad bar + quesadilla($ 11.99). Both options were great. The salad bar wasn’t over the top but had all of the fixings. The croutons were fabulous and tasted homemade. The chicken sliders were good(there were 2) and they were served with french fries. The quesadilla was think and had lots of chicken and cheese, served with sour cream and pico de gallo. It actually was so much after the salad we took home half of the quesadilla. Service was average to good, partly because it was a Friday evening and it got crowded so we had to wait a little bit. They rattle off everything that they need to with half a heart, but everyone was friendly.

Yes, it’s corporate. Yes, it’s cookie cutter. But, nevertheless it’s a pretty nice joint. During the week this place is only open for dinner — not sure why. We stopped in for Sunday brunch, coupon in hand(remember, this IS Florida). We had a Cajun fish and a Tilapia, each with 2 sides. Before the meal, they bring complementary little cheese & garlic biscuits. Quite nice. The fish was just fine and with the sides there was too much food, so we brought some home(like I said, Florida). This is a pretty good place with pretty good food… Location — 3 ½ stars Ambiance/Décor — 4 stars Service — 5 stars Food — 4 stars
