Noticed the restaurant open about a year ago but did not venture in because with the name«Rojo’s», meaning«Red’s» in Spanish, and the south-of-the-border font used for the sign, I figured it was a Mexican restaurant. A friend told me it was actually an American diner style restaurant so my wife and I ventured in. The sign at the door said«Seat Yourself». Which we did. There were about four people at the bar but didn’t see any staff around. About 5 minutes later a group of 5 walked in. Someone came out from the back, seated them and took a drink order. My wife and I looked on. Another couple walked in and were seated. After another 5 minutes I had had enough. I went over to the server and said goodbye. She seemed surprised that we were leaving and said, «I was coming over next.» I think I’ll not try again.

My husband and I enjoy going to breakfast/brunch. We were in the area on another appt. so I looked here on Unilocal for someplace nearby. I saw all the good reviews so Rojo’s it was. Wow, probably the best breakfast we’ve had since moving to the Cape. I got the sausage gravy and biscuits and breakfast potatoes. The sausage gravy was pretty close to how I make it and so good. The homemade biscuits were great. The breakfast potatoes were seasoned and cooked up just right. My husband got the meatlover’s omelette and said it was very, very good. The waitress was friendly and the food came quickly and at a good price. They started serving dinner in May(2015) so we plan to go back soon and try something on their dinner menu.

Love love love this place. I have eaten there several times. The food is always fresh, hot and delicious. The servers are all delightful. The first time we went, the background music was mellow new trendy music, which made it even more pleasant for me personally, however since then they have featured music from the 50’s, which changed the dining atmosphere for me. I still highly recommend this restaurant.

A nice place to eat. Have been here several times for breakfast. Ordered the big breakfast the first time with the biscuits and gravy which is huge. Had to to ask for smaller portions from since then. My wife likes the chicken fried steak which she loves. Enjoy!

Great«Home Cooked» food, friendly and attentive staff. The homemade biscuits and gravy are to die for. Family owned and its visible in the level of care that goes into the food and the guest relations.

Heard good things from our neighbors about this restaurant. We were NOT disappointed. Server was very cheerful and attentive. The omelets and coffee were excellent. Would recommend a visit to this restaurant.

So I ventured to N. Ft. Myers. I had seen ads for this place for a while. It was easy to find in the mall. A big sign.BUT. the entrance is actually to the right of the red sign. I came to find out I was not the first to make this mistake. Anyway the folks are really nice and there seems to be a good following. Mostly for breakfast. They serve only breakfast and lunch. All the breakfast entrée did look amazing. I got their so self proclaimed best in Lee County Reuben sandwich. Along with house made cole slaw. I must say the cole slaw was really good. Not as dry as other places. The Reuben it was good but the best… IIIII am not sure about that. But good food nice folks I will be back for the breakfast.
