My mother went to go replace her iPhone which was falling apart. After waiting to be helped for over an hour and a half they required her to have her photo id which of course she left in her other purse at home. The gentleman helping her would not let her use any other form of photo id, like her work id. No compassion, understanding, or communication. They should have a sign in the front door that says PHOTO ID REQUIRED FOR ASSISTANCE. But really since when does AT&T require IDs? Don’t mess with my mom.
