I love subway when I’m in a bind and need to get something for my kids. I prefer something healthier than fast food.
This Subway is cute and the people that work here are friendly and and helpful. The place is clean and service is usually fast.

Love this subway! I work down the street and I have become a regular. They make my special chicken teriyaki sandwich perfect every time. The owns is super nice, love her. The place is always clean and they are always on it. The staff is great!

it’s a subway, food tastes like subway. the shop is WAYYYYY understaffed though. one guy to put on plastic gloves, make sandwiches, pick up cookies, take off gloves, ring up people at the register means that it’s takes about 15 minutes to get a sandwich if there’s a couple people in front of you.

Have to downgrade my review from the last 3 visits. Sandwiches are consistently smaller now — to the point where I have to even ask for more lettuce! This past visit was the worst — in addition to dinky poorly made sandwiches, the bread was over-​toasted in that microwave/​convection thing they use and came out rock hard and dry in some spots and soft in others. They also never seem to be out of most of the breads in the afternoon (even though they’re constantly pulling out freshly baked bread from the oven). From now on will stick with the one on El Camino in San Mateo…

Love this subway. Close to my job, and the staff here is great. They never get my order wrong, and I hardly have to wait even when the line is long. The sandwich toppings always taste fresh at this particular branch, which is nice because who likes brown lettuce?

Why does this place customer so much? They seem actually annoyed that you just walked in. Then I’m annoyed with myself that I came in too. You can’t mess Subway sandwiches too much, so I guess that’s a good thing for them.

During a recent lunch the employees messed up about three orders in a row, including mine. I asked for spicy steak and they gave me enchilada chicken. Most of the issue was that the employees speaking in Spanish and could not understand customers. No im not bashing Spanish speakers.

Went here a few weeks ago. Great service given by a young women and her co-​worker. These guys made my sandwiches quick and didn’t make a complete mess unlike other subways where the sandwich is falling apart! Highly recommendable!

With so many choices on Burlingame’s Broadway restaurant row, this Subway could be an also-​ran. But the staff is speedy with orders, and keeps the line short – they know their business, and fuss is kept to a minimum – if you need a quick bite and can’t afford the $ 12 minimum for lunch on this strip – the Subway, and the fast service, fits the bill.

For a subway this is the best one within a 20 mile radius. They switched owners so now all the hilbilliys that used to ‘work’ here are gone. The new staff is pretty friendly and efficient. The best part is that the ingridients are always fresh unlike other subways and their breads taste better for some reason.

This place is under new management– Thank goodness! The place is now cleaner, friendlier, and the quality of food is better. This location gets busy during weekday lunch hours.
