The cutest couple runs this place. They make their food with lots of love! And their daily specials are great! I also love the toasted Dutch crunch turkey sandwich!

Training a few miles away, thinking where can we get a sandwich? Hold it, been here before and brought my new Co workers here. Good sandwich, good prices. I had the special which was the lasagna, home made with side salad and garlic bread. Hopefully, we will return before our training ends.

This is a nice deli. I have visited it over the years and have always gotten fresh and good food. The owners have been there for years and are always friendly and polite. So nice to see the same faces behind the counter.

The family and I went GoKarting and decided to walk up the block for this little gem. What a nice little surprise! They have great selection of sandwiches. Each day there’s a hot lunch special. Today was spaghetti and meatballs $ 6.25. A large portion with side salad and garlic bread. I also got a beef and mushroom Pirosky for $ 2.95. Very filling!

I brought my BMW for routine service to Peter Pan, and was told to wait 1,5 hours. I started to look for a place to have early lunch within walking distance, and this place popped up. It took me 5 – 7 minutes to get here. The sign is easy to miss, but it’s right across the street from Sky High, in the courtyard. I ordered a BLT with avocado and olives, on a toasted wheat. It was really really good. Very nice people. Fast and easy. CASHONLY!!! Recommend.

I absolutely love this place. Every time I enter I feel very welcomed. I don’t know her name but she’s an Asian lady who is the absolute sweetest. There’s her and another guy who makes the sandwiches; props to him for packing in the ingredients which of course always satisfies me. It is a cash only business which is all fine by me. They don’t need to deal with stupid debit fees by the banks. Give this place a try!

Yes, this mom and pop sandwich place can be hard to find. I had a turkey on Dutch crunch. Not bad for the price $ 5.45. Service was fast and friendly. The owner makes the sandwiches pretty quickly. I was lucky because the line wasn’t long but then a big group came in behind me. Open Monday to Friday so unfortunately I can’t go there on a weekend.

Carl makes the most delicious sandwiches around :) Highly recommend the John’s Special on toasted sourdough with pepper jack cheese or the turkey pita! Both are yummy in my tummy: D! Wonderful customer service from Carl and his wife… thank you for my yummy lunch… I’ll be back soon… Oh and just FYI… this place is slightly hidden — look for the sign on Rollins

Had it not been for the roadside advertisement, I would have missed this place. Pretty nice deli overall. The lady behind the register is an absolute sweetheart, and the old man(Carl, I think) is kinda okay. Seems like he can get cranky quite easily, yet he can make a really good sandwich! Very reasonably priced! Considering this zip code, you would think that prices would be higher. Hey, not complaining at all. I just had a good deli lunch for under $ 8. Very standard Mom & Pop deli. Come check this place out!

Love coming here for lunch, its right down the street from where I work it is very hidden on a side street off of Rollins Road. The staff which I believe is husband and wife are very friendly, they have sandwiches and cold food also your choice from a lot of beverages and stuff you would buy at any liquor store a big plus! The best part about this small place is the daily specials I usually go on Tuesdays when they have the spaghetti with meatballs, small salad and garlic bread a must try also on Thursday’s they have lasagna! If you would like both i suggest going on Fridays that’s the EXTRA special day where you can choose a special from any day of the week!

Very nice lady behind the counter. Very good service, sandwich is very good, and less than six bucks! Not sure how they survive, off the beaten track for sure, but I will be back.

Local lunch stop. sandwiches and daily hot specials. Lasagna and baked chicken are favorites. My usual is a hot pastrami & swiss on sliced sourdough. The owners are always there and very welcoming. I will continue coming here weekly.

I’ve been going here for quite some time now. Once I come in they already know how I want my sandwich. Sandwiches here are superb, as well as the service. Like other Unilocalers I do agree about the location, if it was out on Rollins I think they would be a lot busier. Many thanks for great sandwiches and great service! This place is 2 thumbs up.

My standard lunchtime sandwich. I’ve been going here for nearly a year now. If you want a great, healthy sandwich with fresh ingredients this is a great place for a cheap sandwich. Their bread is sometimes not so soft, although they claim it’s delivered fresh daily. If you want a real treat try their vegetarian sandwich with everything on a wheat roll. Also excellent is their Wednesday chicken lunch special with rice and salad, as well as the spaghetti lunch is also superb. Fills you up and won’t empty your wallet, quality home cooking specials.

It’s definitely a little«hidden» if you will from Rollins, but there’s a white sign(I think with blue writing) on the east side of the road to point in the the right direction. The prices are great and they’ve got a everyday menu plus daily specials. My personal fav is lasagna Thursdays, although I’ve heard chicken & rice(Wednesday’s I think) is equally as good. It’s a very small place, and aside from sandwhiches and some hot meals, they’re a mini market with a good selection of cold beverages and some snack items. Aside from the good food and great price, the folks that run the place are very nice and friendly and offer quick service.

If you weren’t looking for this place, you wouldn’t find it. Definitely a hidden gem in the back of a multi use building. They have sandwiches and a few hot food items also. My first time there, i got the roast turkey with pepper jack on dutch crunch. The sandwich was stacked high and it filled me up. And it didnt empty my wallet. $ 5.30 for the sandwich. Most of their sandwiches fall between $ 4 and $ 6. The service was quick but it wasn’t too crowded at 12:10. Now that I work down the street I plan on going back to Mike and Ken’s soon and often.

there is NO Mike or Ken here. Carl makes good sandwiches and he is a good guy too. Wife and sister also work here so this is the quintessential mom and pop deli. nothing fancy, just hearty sandwiches.
