Nothing special. Had the club. It was listed on the hot sandwich list but its not a hot sandwich. There are no more reuben sandwich since not enough orders for pastrami Juan was a real nice guy.

Hole in the wall place. Ordered a reuben but they had no rye, no swiss and no thousand island. To top it off the pastrami was dry. The décor is minimalistic, kind of third world convenience store meets mom and pop breakfast lunch place. I won’t be returning.

Go to this place for a great sandwich or salad, not for the ambiance. Perfect place for grabbing lunch on the go or dine in if you work nearby. Friendly, personalized service. Among other small diners, this is definitely 5 stars.

Came here almost everyday for the past 5 weeks while in rehearsal a few doors down. Great atmosphere, great staff, great food(for the most part). Grilled cheese and toast are to die for; I wasn’t really adventurous with what I ate there, but from I ate, I liked. Some complaints though: their ketchup is watery and almost liquid, they use store bought products(such as Chicken Dinosaurs) and call them«Chicken Nuggets». Overall great place.

Not a bad place for a quick lunch. I was giving Juan some suggestions on how he could improve on his foot traffic.

We’ve known Juan and have eaten at his deli for at least the past 15 years. My favorite — the Ox Tails and of course the Corned Beef & Cabbage(and many others). Kim’s favorite(everything he makes for her special because she is a picky eater and he always makes what she wants) It’s like eating at home(good food eating, not everyone can cook lol). He makes it feel like home and to me that is what has kept his business going — even with the ups and downs of the economy he is there and it feels like home. — Felicia & Kim(the special one)

Juan is such a cool guy. Hard to say I have met a nicer person! He can really cook you a great meal in no time at all! I come here all the time for what I have donned as THEPENINSULA’S BESTBREAKFASTBURRITO! You cannot find em this good around this neighborhood and if you have, by all means let me know! Another one of my favorites here is the Egg McJuan! Great place to grab a drink or snack, but if you drove by the place you wouldn’t even know it. Definitely worth checking out on a weekday(when Juan is open). Enjoy!

3 J’s is a small deli-restaurant in an office building. I always get one of the two hot specials they have every day. They are good, filling and reasonably priced, between five and six dollars. Some of my favorites are Turkey, Lamb Shank, and Adobo. There also are sandwiches, burgers, teriaki and breakfast in the morning. Only open M-F, breakfast through lunch.
