Just love them — they are helpful, 1000 x nicer than the chains, and I make it a point to shop there.

After busting up my foot and getting it fixed at City MD, I needed to pick up some meds. Script in hand, I went pharmacy hunting. Rite Aid was an option but my wife has had a lot of trouble with their pill-​fiilers in the past. Wycoff Corner Pharmacy was in easy walking distance — an important consideration with my bum foot. I figured it couldn’t be worse than Rite Aid so I decided to give it a go. It was the right decision.
Wycoff is a small but well stocked pharmacy with a friendly staff. They quickly processed my script and invited me to sit down in their waiting room cubby while they filled the order. It took only a couple minutes and when they rang me up, the pharmacist suggested an over-​the-​counter medication I might need to counter the side effects of my prescription. Instead of telling me where to find it in the store, he saw my gimpy foot and retrieved it for me. That was courteous. He also mentioned — if I needed to refill my script or needed something else — that they deliver as well. No limping necessary. Win-​Win!
I’m definitely going to use Wycoff as my default pharmacy from now on.

Sam and John are always helpful, friendly, and ready to go the extra mile for their customers. There is nothing even remotely comparable to them in the area. In fact, I can’t think of another store of any kind where people are so capable and willing to help. Highest regards!

After about 10 – 15 attempts at other pharmacies to obtain my prescription (for various reasons) Wykoff’s was the only who not only had it in stock and had no problems dispensing it to me. Always friendly and helpful.

Charming! I cannot rave enough about this cozy little corner pharmacy. The owner, Sam, is a veteran of CVS, and doing business with him is seamless and thoughtful. The staff are nice, speedy, and actually care about their customers. They also have a great variety of over-​the-​counter medical supplies. Places like these help make Cobble Hill a great neighborhood to call home.

Wonderful pharmacy! In this day and age, I never thought I’d use those two words together. Getting prescriptions is a breeze. No lines. Amazingly quick and easy. The pharmacists are very nice and helpful.
I thought their prices on other products (over-​the-​counter drugs, toiletries, etc) would be higher than the prices in nearby chain pharmacies, but I was wrong! Somehow, their prices are either the same or lower, sometimes substantially lower. I don’t know how they do it, but they do. It’s a small store, so they don’t have the same selection, but who needs 20 different kinds of toothbrushes?
This place is a total breathe of fresh air. Goodbye Rite-​Aid, CVS, etc.

This pharmacy is the best I’ve ever been to. They are respectful, kind, generous, attentive, and they remember your name! They also go the extra mile, staying open a bit late, or making an off-​schedule delivery. They’re really on their customers side, which is amazing. They are also lightning-​fast at filling scrips. LIGHTNING fast! They deliver for free, their prices are great, what more can I say? They’re the best.

They have earned all the five star reviews. Sam and company are fantastically friendly, and I now travel well out of my way to continue getting my prescriptions filled here. They always take the time to help me, and are helpful and accomodating in a way you’ll never see at a chain drug store.

This pharmacy always makes me feel as though I’ve stepped back into a golden age of superb neighborly service, the pharmacists are beyond courteous and incredibly helpful. When my late husband was very ill Sam the pharmacist always made sure that our medications were ready and gave us above and beyond service. He even taught my husband how to inject himself. His care made a painful situation so much easier. Even though the place is small the stock is deep: they have more available than the cvs. I love these folks.

I love this pharmacy. The folks working here are very friendly and the the prices are in line with what you would expect.

Incredibly helpful, compassionate, and accommodating pharmacy staff that have gone above and beyond with helping me with insurance issues and the like. This level of service does not happen in a chain pharmacy. I’m so glad I live so close to a great local business that supports its local customers.

This is the best pharmacy in the neighborhood. Sam and John are always helpful and the rest of the staff are friendly and greet me by name. If you are using the big chains I think you would be blown away by the difference this small drugstore would make.

Owner was helpful and warm but a worker named Mo was not so nice. Seemed like he couldn’t be bothered. After purchasing a few items I was making my way to the door when I suspected that one of the items wasn’t in the bag. I then asked Moe whether said item was in my bag and he assured me that it was. However, two seconds later he called after me that indeed he hadn’t put it in the bag.

— Where have I been. this pharmacy is just a few blocks from my my home and I used Unilocal to find it. I dropped off my prescriptions and got some good advice on some OTC product. I did a bit of sidewalk visiting with some neighbors who I saw along Court Street and got rave reviews. One of the highest ratings that you get in Brooklyn came for a long time friend who gave them the «Good People «rating


I have had my last meltdown moment with «Drain-​Reade’» as the devolve into a Seven –Eleven with pharmacy clerks .
When i returned to the store in 5 minutes my order was bagged and ready and I genuine thank you Jim. { and yes they took my insurance }

I really like this place! Items are organized and have price tags on them in fluorescent orange. It’s great that when I walk in, I see the most shortest line in history like 3 people. I am amazed at their customer service. I knocked something over because I leaned too far to reach a Burt’s Bee’s lotion and a worker told me to not worry about it. He said that he would make sure to put it back. Soon after my clumsy ordeal, I recall looking for the Meyer’s detergent (my favorite brand of soap) and this particular guy opened each one to see if I liked the scents. The same person offered to locate the ones that were not available on the shelf by going to the storage to see if they had more hand soap in the same scent. After a few boxes in the back shelf location, he realized there were no more of the Basil scent which I preferred. We realized that it was probably sold out. Just the fact that he tried to find it for me meant that he really cared about his customers and went out of his way to make our lives easier. I walked out with a smile, complaintless. I would prefer coming to this place for household items. I came here before with a friend who purchased a shower caddy, toilet plunger, and other household items. Overall, the people who work here are happy and friendly. I got on to the line to buy my items around 7:40 pm, and there was no line at all unlike Trader Joe’s or Key Food’s also in the same neighborhood with drastically long lines. Another plus is that they accept credit card.

After more than one frustrating experience at chain pharmacies, I came here on a whim after being told the service would be better. I came in not even expecting much. But I was blown away. Everything I loathe about a pharmacy seems to be not a concern to a local, neighborhood pharmacy.
The service was above and beyond. The pharmacist was warm, compassionate and friendly. And he was helpful – he answered questions, and he was not too busy for a customer. The staff is efficient and courteous. Best of all, my prescription was filled in a matter of minutes.
My experiences at Wyckoff’s Pharmacy are ones I never expected, and I can’t believe I went so long without. This is the kind of place you come back to even if you were to move out of the area.

This is probably the nicest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. In general, I try to support a family business over a big chain when there is the option (in this case, Duane Reade, Rite Aid, etc., get all the business they’ll ever need!), but in this case, you should get your scripts filled out in Wyckoff Pharmacy, not only because they are the little guy, but because they are the best guys in the neighborhood. The family that runs this business is lovely, and everyone that works here is extremely friendly and helpful. They actually know us by now, and always ask how we’re doing, etc. This is sort of what you’re looking for as far as «neighborhood feel» is concerned, and considering the usual lack of friendliness and service (to the point of laughable frankly) at the big chains, it’s really a world of a difference.
They have a decent selection of non-​prescription stuff there (your over the counter stuff, shampoos, etc) – they manage to cram all the essentials in the little store.

We have known Sam for many many years and were very sad when he left. He is now back at his own shop (rather then CVS) and is the BEST in the ‘hood. He excels in drug/​medical knowledge, concern for his clients and service. No comparison and the prices seem competitive.
You know having lived here for 5 generations we lost a lot when the corner pharmacy’s closed until Sam came back! Check him out and you will be very impressed.

Wyckoff Corner Pharmacy is a true neighborhood pharmacy. Sam, the pharmacist, is very friendly and knowledgeable. He really cares about his customers. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else.

I don’t understand why my review doesn’t show up on here anymore. But anyway, this is still my favorite pharmacy i’ve ever been too.
I can only imagine the dirt Sam must have on everyone in the neighborhood (not that he’d ever SAY anything… too nice or not interested)! Best pharmacist ever.
