USPS – Pratt Station

This place is horrible they lost so many packages I lost my money because of them some of the staff are nasty to you. they don’t answer the phones they say they make delivery attempts never do so they lie .so unorganized omg what a night mare. you put for redilvery never get it. the worst.

line can be long but usually moves pretty fast and the black gentleman that works at window 1 is always a delight.

I gotta say, a remarkable transformation. This now is how a post office should be. Pleasant and efficient staff and no longer a line to the door. Relocating has made an amazing difference

It’s just too weird… so many things go missing when they pass through this post office, particularly packages containing valuable things or credit cards.
More than a little suspicious, but who knows?

Wow, what a miserable place. Only come here if you: 1) like to be treated like shit, 2) are an expert on all the labels and know which ones you need for every possible scenario, 3) like being treated like shit. Long lines are a given, rude staff must be a requirement at this location.
Big girl at the leftmost window is the absolute worst. The only thing that kept me from going off on her was the realization of what a sad, broken person she must be to have to be so hideous to a perfect stranger. She actually threatened not to help me if I was going to have an attitude. I almost laughed because of how ridiculous I felt, being talked down to by this girl, who was passive aggressive and rude to everyone she was «helping». Apparently you need to fill out 3 separate forms to mail something to Canada, and she got annoyed with ME for not knowing all this ahead of time. She literally bossed me around, and got frustrated when I couldn’t fill out a form fast enough for her.
If you are able to take care of everything online and have someone pick up your shipments, especially international ones, DO IT.

The only reason I have this post office one star is because the location is convenient to me… The staff is rude! They obviously hate their job or maybe they are so darn over paid that they just don’t care anymore. Idnk… There are only 7 people in line yet I’ve been waiting in line for a half hour … 3 windows open u do the math… Employees making fun of some guy who can it speak English and once again they have lost his package … hoping they didn’t lose mines for the millionth time…. Can we tear this post office down and build a new one? With new staff perhaps? Hmmm yeah… Oh and maybe some stamp machines and maybe keep boxes out? You know the basics a post office should have.

Just horrible horrible experience every time I have to come here.
I know this will sound weird, but why is it that it seems like there is a special service window (on the right) for the Orthodox Jews who use this station?
