Slacker associates and didn’t process paperwork for paying half installment plan and fees on my phone bill and I was completely furious and still I have to pay additional fee extra $ 60 on my family plan bill as a result I called customer service they fixed and resolved my issued problem on my billing. I would not go back to this stores ever

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would. They are the most unfriendly, unhelpful, nasty people that work there. The workers have attitudes like they are doing a favor by helping you. I have never had a good experience at this location. It is sad that these are the people who represent T– Mobile.

The service is extremely slow and the personnel is really disorganized and not nice. I stopped by to get a phone protector screen — it took me 20 min to get someone to sell it to me. Definitely not coming back.

I would have to agree that this store is AS GOOD AS IT GETS! I was looking for an APPLE car charger because I have been burnt too many times with no name brands. Well the T-​Mobile store didn’t have what I wanted and they didn’t sell me something just to make a sale. The saleswoman sent me across the street to AT&T. Thank you again

Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I also don’t appreciate being spoken to as if I don’t understand English. If there was any reason for me to cancel my service it would be because of the customer service at this location nothing to do with T mobile.

Incompetent. Not paying attention. Unfocused. Lack of common sense. Took over 4 months to get a return processed. Had to call corp to override the system And manually refund me the money. 2 store managers never got back to me in over 4 months.

I would have given 5 stars BUT I was highly disappointed after being ensured a SOFT credit check would process and finding out today, it was a hard credit check bringing my credit score down 14 points. I expressed my concern and the rep ensured I was not to worry. To think I was going to leave Verizon when t-​mobile is already screwing me BEFORE i sign up! Go figure!

I dont know what you guys are talking about. The customer service is the best one yet. Highly recommended!!! The staffs are so friendly and nice. Just recently upgraded my plan and the process was done in less than 15minutes. I come to this Tmobile for any questions about my plan. They are willing to help.

I went to T-​Mobile on 86th Street in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn on Wed. 2÷6÷13 around 8:45 PM. The girl was doing her best to not very directly shout out, «Just leave the store! Don’t buy a plan from us!» I don’t know why she was like that. I didn’t dare to ask more than 2 questions while I urgently needed to buy a phone! I left the store shocked! I was wondering if these people never get paid! Why so frustrated at someone you don’t know and who is here to pay you for the service you provide! I am surprised the company is not out of the business with the staff is hires!
