Friendly attendants. Interesting looking patrons. Sometimes wish they would stop and chat.

It’s a laundromat. I live like a block away so I left my stuff off in the washers, popped up to my apartment, popped back and switched them over to the dryers, left again, watched part of an episode of Mythbusters, came back and folded. As others have noted, the jazz radio station is a nice touch.

24 hours — can’t complain about that. its narrow and hot in there sometimes, but I don’t do the laundry, I do the drop off. it’s done the next day and folded like folding clothes is an Olympic sport. They do dry cleaning too. I think they’re Russian and almost everyone who works there is super nice. Cash only. There’s 24 hour tacos down the street and a bar right next to it — that makes it even better.

It’s a drycleaners. They dryclean your clothes. The clothes come back drycleaned. Only downside is that service is abrupt to rude depending on time of day or mood. Perhaps it’s a cultural difference.
