Not good any longer. Ordered pasta and broccoli. First the order was so small for a $ 9 dish… glad I wasn’t sharing. The pasta was so over cooked it was like paste. It had no taste. Don’t know where the garlic and oil went… not in my pasta. Not worth the trip.

Pizza is usually good from here and the staff real cool, but TODAY… They missed the damn mark! Ordered a pie and it tasted like cardboard. I’m assuming that it had been sitting there and they threw it back in the oven, warmed it up and delivered to me!!! HORRIBLE!!! Then to add insult to injury, when we called to complain, the response was… Drumroll please… «OK». WTF? My dinner tastes like the box it was delivered in and you say, «OK»? Well no more orders from me! The nerveeeeeeeee

This is probably one of the worst pizzas I have had as of late. And maybe ever. Dry barely any sauce minimal cheese. How do places like this stay in business they must be cheap. I’m glad I didn’t have to waste my money on this my employer bought this for the employees.

This place has been here for a long time and I have been eating from here a long time. I first started eating here when ever I went shopping in that area but that I found out they deliver to my house so we would order from here sometimes. There pizza always taste excellent! I never had a day were it didn’t taste good. They also have a couple of the special slices or you can add your own toppings on them too. Another thing I loved to order from here is there wraps and they make a few different kinds. They have a Mexican one that I loved it came with chicken, peppers, lettuce cheese and some sauce and it was so tasteful. The other one I used to get a lot was the chicken caesar salad one and that was really good. They also have stuff like mozzarella sticks and fried ravioli and you can get some sauce on the side with them. To end off the meal you can get zeppoles! They make them here! Everyone always wants a nice doughy ball covered in some powder sugar!

Yesterday was the very first time visiting this pizza shop and although the service was decent and the pizza tasted great, I must say i would never return. While in the middle of eating pizza with my husband, two of the employees went outside to the parking lot and went blow for blow, punching each other in the face and attacking one another, another employee ran out to stop the fight, as did my husband to make sure the employee that hit the concrete was okay, after the fight ended both employees returned inside and continued to mutter things to one another. Definitely not the way i’d like to spend my Sunday dinner, with high levels of stress and exposure to violence, especially when there were children sitting in the pizza shop eating with their parents. I’d never return, no matter how good the pizza was. Very disappointed!

It’s hard to write a lengthy review on a place that’s so simple with such good food. This is one of the best pizza places I’ve ever been to in Brooklyn. The fact that it’s right by the water makes it that much cooler. I was introduced to this place back in 2006⁄07 and it has been a go-to spot ever since. There’s plenty of parking here. Summer is right around the corner and I plan on spending many of Brooklyn nights here.

Yummy little spot! Love the grandma slice, it’s so cheesy and the sauce is very good. I also got the cheese sticks and they are also very yummy. This spot is located near Khols and babies R us, great place to get some shopping done and enjoy a few good slices.

Didn’t think I could eat bad pizza in Brooklyn. Waited 20 minutes for 2 slices to heat up in the oven. Sauce was from a can for sure, the pizza had no flavor! I had the nonna style slice and I had to dump chili flakes and garlic onto it to tolerate the lack of taste. Looks better than it tastes The Sicilian looks like a round pizza shaped into a square… sorry, that’s not Sicilian! Shoulda went the extra distance and went to L&B.

Ordered pasta from here off seamless. Food came quickly, but the«special» pasta(at $ 14!) was meh. At least the pasta wasn’t over cooked, but it had only 6 – 7 small shrimp, and a TON of boiled to death broccoli. It was okay, but ended up spending $ 30 on pasta and an antipasto salad. Portions were decent to where the pasta was 2 servings(though I didn’t have any shrimp leftover!) but quality was average. Frank — yes this was the first time I ordered/have eaten there.

So I’m on the way home, stuck in traffic, coming up to Bay Parkway, when my bike signals, and gets off at the exit. I never argue with my bike. We headed to D’amores, where we(me and my bike) had a chicken parm that was phenomenal. It never ceases to amaze me how tasty and wholesome the food is here. Good job guys!!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered small Margherita pizza and coke. After two hours waiting, the delivery guy almost threw over me the cold, wet, full of disgusting tomato sauce and cheese piece of pizza. No coke, I got Pepsi. I am only 10 min away from the place and I can get that it is raining, but 2 hours waiting for an awful pizza? Seriously? I called three times asking for my pizza… the guy who answered(2 of 3 times, the last one nobody picked up the phone) He was«kind» but he was just making fun of me, he said«any minute the pizza would be there»…and yes… 120 minutes, I had to wait. The delivery guy didn’t even bother to call me or buzz my door when he arrived… I was waiting for him on my window so I saw him when he was leaving with no notice and with my food… I had to scream from my window, «hey, it’s that the pizza?» the guy was rude in his answer and manner… Awful customer service Awful pizza, super slow delivery, awful, awful… I will never order from this place again. Oh and the cherry on the top, I ordered from seamless when I tried to write the review, they just deleted my order so the system didn’t allow me to post… so good job, that way you always can keep your 4 stars and keep playing with the people

I have been going to this pizza joint for many years. Now being a Brooklynite I can’t help feeling guilty that I love these deep dish pies so much lol. This pizzeria is located in the shopping center of Caesar’s Bay. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional. The owner is always present and still on top of his game. I have tried everything they make in this restaurant. But I find myself ordering the margarita slice more times than not. Sandwiches are good as well as their rolls. Honestly the only thing they need work on are their mozzarella sticks. But it’s not bad enough to give this establishment less than 5 stars. They have a good niche and have the deep dish pie down on lock. I will be coming here for many more years to come.

I absolutely love this place’s pizza! When I started dating my husband back in 2001, he brought me to his place and I fell in love. We moved back to nyc recently and this place’s pizza is still the same. So tasty. Their consistency of good pizza will keep them in business for many years to come. Staff is friendly, the place is clean, and great location(right off of the belt in a shopping strip mall next to best buy). One of Brooklyn’s best.

So glad Pizza Damore has multiple locations. I don’t want to trek all the way over to Mill Basin just for my fix. This location is more of a pizza joint than the Mill Basin location which has a dining room. It’s all good to me though! This was my first time at this location. I didn’t have my contacts in or my glasses with me, so I couldn’t read the menu and unfortunately they didn’t have any handheld menus for the vision impaired. The counter guy told me in his super thick Italian accent that they were redoing the menus. So off the top of my head I ordered the Frankie Special pasta. Verdict? Pizza WAYYY better than the Mill Basin spot somehow and the pasta was just about the same(still banging though!) I hereby declare this Pizza Damore on par with the other location! And if you know anything about my reviews, I’m like a Pizza Damore fanatic! Was this always a Pizza Damore though? I only realized this was a Pizza Damore a year ago. I distinctly remember having my birthday party here as a child and there being a teeny tiny .25c merry-go-round… Same place? New owners? Wot?

This pizzeria is the real deal. Very impressive spread of slices, styles and sides on a staggered display. May not be able to choose just one thing, but that’s okay, because you’ll be back. If not for the deep dish(not quite Chicago deep… more like a monsterous sicilian) then just to fist pump to the trance bumping here at 2pm on a Thursday afternoon. Amazing that this place occupies the taint between Best Buy and Kohl’s at Caesar’s Bay. Thanks Unilocal!for connecting me to a place like this.

Before there was Kohls, there was Cesar’s Bay and before that– Korvette’s. When I went to Cavallaro JHS– we often came here for a square. Their Sicilians are what they were known for and we would sit in a booth and have a slice and a coke. Well the booths are still here and the pizza tastes the same. Think the name changed, but they kept the Sicilian recipe. Though cooked by different folks and slightly remodeled, that Sicilian is stellar– flavor, crispy crust, sauce, cheese– it is a classic, Brooklyn square!
