I got a lot of Halloween stuff here in September 2015. When I came back to return a couple of items, I was treated in a mean and hostile way. I was interrogated about one of the items and pressured to exchange it. The receipt states that returns are accepted through October 16th, however when I got there the salespeople told me that the items I want to return are not returnable. When I called their online store they told me that they will call the store and tell them to process the return, but I have to go there again and before October 16th. I don’t live nearby, so, thanks, but no thanks. At the end of the phone call the customer service person pretended she could not hear me. Sneaky way to do business. Not to mention — overpriced. Never again.
