After receiving an excessively exorbitant quote from another company to replace the motor for my company’s gate, I contacted NY Gates. Their sales associate called me back within 5 minutes of my initial call, was at our business half an hour later, and had fixed the issues (as opposed to replacing the motor) for a fraction of that other company’s quote.
Fast. Reliable. Honest.
You can’t ask for more than that.
