Express

it was cute until I took a closer look… Its alright… just alright… I’ll go inside but rarely do I buy anything… There’s a lot of basic Style… It’s not bad., just really nondescript… Personally…I prefer going to blooms or macys for my clothes… express only aimed to specific age group… I suppose… I wish it had better quality and better employees… people here are just so god dame rude!

I hate clothes shopping. I hate malls. But thanks to Adam, the store manager at this location of Express, I had a really positive experience! I walked in on a whim and walked out several outfits richer and several hundred dollars poorer. We were lucky to get there early, around 11am on a Saturday, and Adam became our personal shopper — giving advice, suggesting alternate styles and cuts, and grabbing other sizes for me while I stayed in the dressing room. I recognize that this is probably not possible most of t he time but nonetheless the pampering really helped me stay and shop. I would’ve been outta there after 5 minutes if left to my own devices. In the end, I am so happy to have some fancy new outfits and I never would have expected to have such success at Kings County Mall! Thanks Adam!

Back when I used to shop at Kings Plaza more often this was one of the few stores I liked. But over the years like a lot of other clothing chains this store isn’t as good as it used to be. Their clothes are either drab or just geared towards the club crowd. Unless they change their style I won’t be shopping here too often.
