Forever 21

The majority of this store looks like a mess. Clothes all over the place, with one or two small sections that are on point.
One of the employees yelled– across the store while leaning over the escalator — that she didn’t want to work anymore and wanted to go home. Just great.

this place is so unorganized and there was only 1 worker behind the counter. it’s ridiculous that there were 4 people ahead of us and we waited for about 20 minutes. I do not plan on coming back

Lines are always too damn long! Most often than not the clothes are all over the place

The clothes here are not organized like they’re supposed to be. It’s a very messy and overall clattered. There are only 2 floors and not enough clothes to choose from. I prefer the Times Square location.

i love this forever 21. there isn’t so much of a huge crowd compared to the others. i can find my sz (i’m a skinny mini) easily. the sale associates are helpful and nice for the most part.
checkout is okay. not really quick. just slow to avg. they have 3 lanes so it does eventually move. i just spent over $ 180. bad for my wallet…

The star above my review is for ME… Unprofessional store! The clothing were on the floor. staff were lazy!!! I will never come to this location again!

I like this Forever 21 a lot better than the others in the city. It’s a bit disorganized, but I have yet to visit a F21 that isn’t. Plus, I like to look online for stuff and then find it in the store, but that’s usually really hard with F21 — this one had a lot of the stuff I’d found online.
My only qualm is the location. I actually really like Kings Plaza, but getting to and from is kind of a hassle.

DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT COME TO THIS F21 LOCATION!!! THEY HAVE MICE… ALL THE TIME!!!
I love F21, it’s one of my fave stores, and one of my many shopping addictions. This LOCATION, however, is definitely not a part of my addiction. I’ve been here several times and all but one time my aunt and I have spotted MICE roaming around the clothing racks!!! WHAT THE HELL!!! That’s seriously disgusting!!! No other stores that I’ve been to in Kings Plaza has had this problem except F21!!! Every time we’ve spotted a mouse, we always run to an employee to tell them because there are many children in that store and who knows what those damn things are carrying! And each time we alert an employee or even a manager, we usually get the «oh really? Hm, ok» Ummmm… that’s it??? CLEAN UP YOUR STORE AND CALL A DAMN EXTERMINATOR!!! I mean, this store is a complete MESS!!! No wonder why there are mice everywhere!
Mind you, I’m only speaking about THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION!!! All other F21 locations that I’ve been to in NYC are totally fine by my experience. But for some gross reason, this F21 location has critters running around and the employees (and especially the manager) couldn’t care less. It just so happens that I come to this store a lot with my aunt and 2 year old cousin who, as all other toddlers, are intrigued by disgusting things like mice. Unless F21 decides to clean up a bit and get rid of their pest problems, I nor my aunt and little cousin can come here. I can’t have my cousin get bitten by one of those things! Ewwwww!!!
Oh and also, I know the customers usually throw clothes on the ground or unfold what you guys JUST folded on the tables, but maybe some of you employees can spruce up the place a bit, ya know? I mean, they don’t pay you to stand around while the store is crazy messy and looks like a very unclean bedroom. So clean up! K thanx!

You have to have the right mentality to come in here.
Messy racks, disorganized displays, and minimal staff on the floor to help you. If you don’t mind just browsing and have no place really to run to after, then come here. Oh! Just because things are on the sale rack, doesn’t necessarily mean they were meant to be there… ask before getting attached and don’t fall victim.

I LOVE FOREVER 21
I have a problem. It’s probably my favorite place to shop. What can I say? They have adorable dresses that usually go for less than $ 25 a piece. Often times there will be designs that are very similar to those sold at expensive stores for 5 or so times the price. If it’s trendy, why waste all your money on it? Sure the stuff isn’t gonna last long enough for me to pass down to my great grandchildren (*fast forward to 89 year old Lauren in a smelly old attic with a Forever 21 bag, showing her great granddaughter some of her F21 finds. «When I was your age, this was only $ 22…)
Not gonna happen.
I hate Kings Plaza, but this is a great Forever 21. It’s fairly new and well stocked. This location also carries the Faith 21 extended size line (an XL is a size 11÷12… whatever! I think they go up to a size 18, and of course since it’s F21, the sizes are really inconsistent) and the Heritage line for kids.
This store is Kings Plaza’s only redeeming quality.
