This Dunkin Donuts has been enabling the growingly invasive & violent solicitation of money. A man INSIDE the store threatened to kill me because I didn’t give him a dollar. The employees were dumbfounded and did nothing. NOT that the employees should put themselves in a dangerous situation, but no effort was made to ask this guy to leave. In fact, this DD enables this kind of behavior. There’s always someone at the entrance asking for money. I’m not in denial about where I live and I understand that it’s insane to think that you can avoid being around this kind of solicitation in NYC. That being said, it’s totally ridiculous that a store like DD makes no effort to combat this, or show any gesture at addressing the situation at all. Why should I come to this store if receiving death threats is in the realm of likely possibility?

We ordered 2 regular hot chocolates on a cold day and bought a cup full of doughnut holes that they were selling by the registers. The hot chocolate was delicious and the doughnut holes tasted great, you could tell they were still very fresh. The staff was quite friendly too, it was really clean inside and the service was very quick. A great Dunkin Doughnuts! We will definitely be back!

Sometimes I can’t believe that a bagel with cream cheese costs $ 2.50 in Bushwick, especially when the deli half a block from my apartment will give me a ham and cheese sandwich for the same price. But DD takes a credit card for the $ 2.50 where the deli doesn’t accept them at all.

Best place around for a consistently decent cup of coffee with little to no wait time at all. Also right next to a train stop. Could be worse, could be better. Serves as a good alternative to a quick breakfast if you are sick of the egg and cheese heroes from the corner stores.
