I was really in the mood for a Strawberry Field salad. When I got there they told me it’s no longer on the menu. YET it’s still on there, when I point it out, the cashier said «oh yeah we forgot to take it down». smh. so darn annoying. The manager decided to make it up to me by giving me a free frosty.

The service is really slow/​bad here. I’ve only been here twice (once with a friend and once on my lunch break).
I don’t know how it could be this slow, but it is. For lunch, I literally spent my whole lunch hour getting my food. I also ordered the spicy chicken fillet, but I saw the receipt left on the counter for the foodstaff to look at for reference said HS, which I guessed was homestyle, so I had to get them to change that.
The place itself is big, not so crowded. Which is why it’s such a wonder how they manage to be so slow with orders. I would not recommend coming here unless you’re really craving.

The menu in this Wendy’s is all pictures. There are no words. The food is grouped into meals and there are no words on the menu! All of the items aren’t even listed. I was so insulted. Never again. It is a real shame, because I work right around the corner.
