Baskin-Robbins

Oh no not impressed with the ice cream at all at this ice cream shop. Not sure if all baskin robins serves this poor quality of product but the double scoop in a free upgraded waffle cone was nothing short of a big failure. The girl at the counter upgraded my sugar cone to a waffle cone for free for ordering a double scoop of ice cream. Though I knew I would get a ton more ice cream than in a tiny sugar cone, the waffle cone was stale and soggy. My peanut butter chocolate scoop had little sliced discs of what I guess were Reece’s miniatures. I didn’t like the chocolate at all. The other scoop which is what I was really looking forward to the caramel pecan was was too sugary and sweet. Unfortunately I did not enjoy my ice cream here and I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stick with uncle Louie G’s if y can find him in the bx

Been frequenting this place for a couple years now never seems to have a long line when they do it moves fairly quickly. Ordering is always a breeze never had a mix up forgotten item to date.
Friendly staff that remembers your order from your previous visit walk in now and they just ask it’d to the point I pretty much walk in pay exact amount grab cup on the way out and only utter thank you when I’m in a rush if I wait its a minute of friendly banter.
