I just went their today because I didn’t want to drive very far I ended up going in the place instead of doing the drive threw it was horrible the experience they were talking shit and making jokes about me and my man. Which made me mad but I had a long day at work I didn’t want to even start with them. They are just unprofessional and ghetto as hell. Never coming here again

How can you serve a COLD hot chocolate?! HOT IS IN THE NAME; therefore, It should be implied! Then she tried to give me $ 1 back as if I didn’t pay $ 2.60 wth. I know you’re in high school but math is a requirement sweetie. Her and her other friend wanted to be rude and ignore the customers to scroll through their phone talking about Facebook. I have never seen such unprofessionalism in my life. Where are these kids learning work ethic?
I don’t know why I expect any quality service from high schoolers in the Bronx since it is the Bronx smh.

This place is pretty cool. Staff is always very polite, they make a few mistakes, but thay is to be expected. The food is always good and the place is very clean. Love it!

Every time I use any Mcdonald’s bathroom, I always get staff members banging on the door to come clean it or just «check» the second I go in.
But in this particular Mcdowald’s, a staff member unlocked the door and walked in on me while I was in there, and the look of shock on his face was priceless.
The coffee coolata from the drive through are pretty good though

I rarely go to McDonald’s but when I do I always like to enjoy a strawberry shake with my burger. The milk shake machine is this place is always broken!
