They were ok. But I think that the they pick and choose who to give good service to which is why they get mixed reviews.

Worst customer service ever! Go to other centers. The wait time here is more than an hour even if it is not busy. The staff is just totally inept. If you do get a turn, make sure you speak with a supervisor or the manager right away. Don’t waste time talking to regular staff, they don’t know what they are doing. A lot of time they messed up my account and takes days to resolve it.

I went to purchase an iPhone 5 from these jokers and wanted to purchase it with cash. I wasn’t interested in extending my contract and was prepared to pay the full $ 700 price tag for the phone. When I called and spoke with Lionel, he told me that it wouldn’t be a problem. When I arrived at the store, Lionel and his associate, Brandon tried to strong arm me into signing a contract and trading in my old phone. When I refused to do so, Brandon took the phone back into the stockroom and refused to sell it to me. He claimed it was against Sprint’s policy to sell phones for the full retail price. Here’s why this happened: When the store sells a phone without attaching a new contract to it, they do not make any money. When you sign a contract, the store earns commission. So in lieu of providing good customer service, they lied to me and wasted my time.
