I went to buy an iPhone 5, I was briefed on the phone to its minimal. After I purchased the phone did I realize I was never asked which GB size I wanted, keep in mind i purchased an expensive screen protector as well.. I returned to the store to exchange the phone for the 32GB. I payed the difference. While I was exchanging the phone I asked about the screen protector, since now I needed a new one. When I asked about getting a new one I was told by the sales rep and the manager Keisyds, something like that(was a young Spanish lady) and was told its my fault and was simply accusing me. Not professional at all not one inch. After I stated she not talk to me in such manner and stated I would report her she decided to cooperate but by then I was out the door. Terrible.
