Service: Very friendly and quick service. Food: Delicious food. I have my personal menu where i am checking off everything i have tried. So far, no complaints and i loved everything. Environment: Very cozy place to sit and enjoy your food, or just order to take out.

Horrible wait time, took over 1.5 hours to deliver there cold food. Female answering the phone non experienced and will immediately thro away your food when cancelled instead of offering special sale or accommodating. Food itself was nothing special.

I ordered from here and the delivery took about 40 minutes in total which is not that bad with online ordering. The food was pretty good, the cheese naan and garlic naan were tasty and charred just right. The Mixed Grill was not dry or overcooked and seasoned pretty well. Finally the Saag Paneer was a little watery but overall the flavor was nice when I dipped the Naan in the Saag. It was a good food experience :-)

I love Naan Shack. The food is fresh and delicious, there is a wide selection and the staff is polite, attentive and friendly. My personal favorite is the Shrimp Chile and Shrimp Fried Rice lunch combo. Eat here today, you’ll be glad you did.

Ordered biriyani chicken and beef and both were tasteless. The salad that was given was half rotten with uncleaned carrots! They really need to fire the chef in there. Their prices are low which is a plus seeing as there is so much competition around the area, the food is horrible though. What a shame. I’m not ordering from here again.

They have a lunch special for $ 6. It comes with appetizer(soup or salad), a curry over rice(options the day I went: goat, beef, chili chicken, chicken tikka, chicken meatballs, chicken jalfreezi, or a vegetarian entrée), a drink(tea or soda), and dessert. I ordered the goat curry with the daal soup. I think goat is a very heavy meat, and tastes more gamey than lamb. I actually took a break in the middle of eating because my body wasn’t accustomed to eating such a hearty meat. Probably a good meat to eat in the winter. Also note that there are bones in this dish. The daal soup is pretty watery, which I understand is more of a Bangladeshi style of preparation. The real standout was the dessert. The dessert that they include in the special might change from day-to-day, but this time around, it was a delicious rice pudding. It was creamy without being too rich, and satisfying without being too sweet. Overall, the lunch special tasted pretty decent, and the price makes it a great deal.

Let’s start with the food. Fresh, tasty and simply fantastic! We ordered three chicken dishes and the chicken was juicy and tender in all three dishes. No dry chicken here(I hate dry chicken). The okra was crisp and fresh and the Naan fluffy and hot. We even tried the Naan shish kebab pizza– A brilliant fusion of Italian and Indian comfort food. Why did no one think of this sooner!!! You have got to try the chocolate samosas and the coconut crepes were to die for. What added to the night was that we were served by what seems to be the owner’s kids. This is a small, family place and it was clear that they really care about the quality of their food and that service was good. So bottom line: Food is tasty and innovative, service is great, and prices are low. 5 stars!

Very nice place. Staff gave A+ service. Had Naan and chicken tikka. The tikka was made in a Tandoor oven. Majority of the places around here make their tikka in a regular oven. Highly recommend it and will be going again very soon.

Saw this on place Unilocal so I decided to give it a try, ordered the chocolate samosas and a chicken tikka pizza, the chocolate samosas didn’t even taste like chocolate, it was stuffed with way too many peanuts, the naan pizza is very innovative and would definitely come back for that again. Expect to wait more than 15 mins for you food though, since they have to make everything fresh

Great tasting fresh food, spices were spot on, The dessert was incredible and service was prompt and helpful. WE can’t wait to try it again. We had Indian food but the burgers looked very interesting. Best Bangladeshi food in The Bronx.

The food here is so good and so reasonably priced that I wish I lived or worked closer to here so I could get it all the time. Got a variety of items to try, goat curry, beef stew, garlic spinach, tandoori chicken pieces, and a kind of chicken biryani, all were delicious. Really sweet people working there too. Couldn’t recommend more.

I found this little place taking a walking trip up to Parkchester to fix my curry craving. Upon entering I was instantly in front of a display case of many dish options. My instant reaction was that it was a buffet for take out. I let the young lady there know I wanted to dine in and asked her if I should order from the case or from the menus they had at the counter. She pleasantly said either. I was so in awe with the case and couldn’t decide so asked if I could do a mixed plate, to which she gave an encouraging yes. After her great and attentive description of all the dishes, I picked out the Goat Curry, Chicken Tikka Masala, Daal with Chicken and a slice of Eggplant(even though they all looked yummy and wanted to order more). It also came with rice and I ordered a Mango Lassi I sat down expecting to get one plate of the ordered items, but I was first presented with a small salad, a huge plate of perfectly cooked rice and then all the ordered dishes presented in small bowls. It was like a mini feast. The Chicken Tikka Masala was rich and creamy, the Goat Curry had a nice kick of balanced spices and the Daal was delicious. The Eggplant was divine, perfectly cooked and tasty. I ordered way too much but got all my left overs carefully packed to go, which luckily I got to have later on as a dinner. The food was amazing and the young ladies serving gave probably some of the best genuine service I’ve ever received in any dining out. Both were very attentive, polite and extremely friendly. The prices were very reasonable, If I lived closer I would be there many times a week. This place is fantastic and I will be back for sure, I can’t stop thinking about the experience. There was so much I didn’t try either and they even have a section on the menu with Indian/American fusion dishes that looked greatly unique. I’m going back again very soon.

The Aloo Paratha was made fresh, the chili chicken was great with a favorable side of cabbage. Clean, very welcoming, and reasonably priced. Cannot wait to try the chicken Biryani next time.

Went there last Sunday evening with the family. The new management did an excellent job renovating the place. We had a bit of everything and enjoyed all of it. The burgers were especially good. Loved the innovative menu(Naan pizza!). Staff were extremely pleasant and friendly. Definitely recommended!
