Reliable, clever handyman who could double as a home renovation consultant.
I first met Egon as he was doing work at my office and was trusted by several of my co-​workers for work that he had been doing both inside the office and in other projects. As it turns out, I soon came across a property that can politely be called a ‘fixer upper’. Egon jumped into it head first, thinking through solutions and arriving when he said he would each time.
For example, I had a pouring leak a few days after closing, and Egon was there as soon as I needed that situation resolved. He’s also done some demo work, put up walls, changed locks, and a lot more.
There’s a slew of stuff I still need him to do, so I hope this review doesn’t get him TOO much work yet! He’s already quite popular!

I am a small landlord getting my house in Yonkers ready to put up for sale. Egon is doing a kitchen update, tile backsplash, bathroom tile floor, and other minor repairs and maintenace. He seems to be easy to work with and showed up on time for all appointments. I will let you know how the project goes when its done in about a week.
