Went there last night at 6:00 p.m.and was told there was no chicken left and would have to wait 10 minutes, which we did. By this time, there was a line going out the door. The manager, I assume, since she was the only one wearing a red shirt, started wheeling out carts of raw chickens and put them on the rotisserie so that«they wouldn’t run out again.» We then asked if they had any more red-skin potatoes and were told she could get them if we could wait another 5 minutes, which we declined. They then proceeded to run out of the mashed potatoes and the macaroni and cheese. The manager screamed«Steven!!!» Steven came out of the back room and said«what?» «You need to help,» she replied. Got to the register and asked for the brown paper bags and were told that they were all out of them. Utter chaos. The man who originally took our order was working his butt off and was as nice as could be, but the place is a joke. Never again.

Showed up here at 805 pm close time is 10pm. They had half a chicken left. Guy says not my fault theres no chicken left. Im pretty sure its your fault since your the manager. Then he says i do have some white meat left(2 pieces) as alot of people order the black meat. So im like what ever ill take it. I get home and the chicken is dryer then a dehydrated hooker. The stuffing had zero taste. In my mind the only thing that should have zero taste is when I eat at the Y. The spinach stuff I always get at other BMs tasted like stool. I love BM eat it alot but this location is a crap hole . Its like they took a porta potty and put there sign on it. Hell at this location the crap in the porta potty probably tastes better then what they serve. Big f u to this location

I love Boston market but not this location. I was not fond of service at all. This young white guy that was working there kept staring at me which made me very uncomfortable… And he wasn’t even taking my order. Then the girl that rung me out charge me more than what it supposed to be… but it was later fixed after I said something about it. Seriously the manager need to hire new ppl. As for the food, there were no herbs on the chicken and it was kind of pink so I had to microwave oven it just in case because I don’t want to get sick.

I am sorry to say this place has gone downhill. I kept hoping I was just there at a bad time but after four visits I have concluded that I can no longer come here. The ladies bathroom had no soap, paper towel or bath tissue. The potatoes were runny as could be. My wife and I only eat the side dishes as we are vegetarian and the servings are shrinking. You would think that since I am not buying meat I would get a little more green beans than usual for the same price. The Manager was wearing gloves and kept touching her hair to get it out of her face. She would plate the food and keep her gloves on to take the money and then go back to plate the food. We said our order was for dining in and the workers continued to package it to go. Not a huge deal but I didn’t want to waste the plastic. The manager asked me if I wanted something to drink before and after she took my money. With all the other places to eat in that area I can not justify coming back here and that is a shame because they were the best.

Maybe it was because of the Boston lock down but they didn’t have any chicken! This is what Boston Market is all about. I will try again, and review it.

Really good home-make food! The chicken is always moist and flavorful, the sides are warm and tasty and the cornbread is delicious! Everything is good, from the meat, to the drinks, salads, deserts… its like home cooked food fast! The only thing I would say is that they do give rather small portions, but its very tasty and worth the extra money for an extra side or two.

very healthy fresh food. only complaint is the portions are to small and the mixed vegetables should be cooked more. I don’t like cooked carrots to still be crunchy, or what is the sense of cooking them?

Someone may find it strange to review a Boston Market, but this Boston Market deserves a review! When I do eat here the food is always consistent in its awesomeness. Everything is always piping hot and fresh. The staff is friendly, and the restaurant appears to be clean. There are so many choices. My favs are, of course, the macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, and corn bread. «Nom Nom Nom!»
