I am done with this establishment. My friend and I went there to eat on Tuesday night. I ordered the early bird steak and my friend had the salmon. His salad came with no dressing, my steak was over cooked and his salmon was undercooked. The manager, John came over and said he would take care of everything. The salmon came back over cooked and the steak came back under cooked. John said everything was cooked to perfection and told me I complain too much, probably just looking for a free meal. This guy also claimed he owned the restaurant. With that we left never to return. Be sure and call before you attend. If John is the manager, STAYHOME!

I’ll say the positive thing first: The food was delicious. Now for the rest: I came with a group for a birthday. We had reservations and still waited an hour and a half for a table. While waiting for said table, we got to observe the lovely, lovely tradition they have here of making the waitresses stand in the middle of the restaurant and bounce up and down in time with«Save a Horse, Ride a Cowboy,» turning periodically so you can see everyone’s body parts from both sides. I was completely horrified and would never have been caught dead here had it not been someone’s birthday. There are peanut shells all over the floor and the people that were in the restaurant were… not the classiest. When it’s someone’s birthday, they bring out this horse for you to ride on? It’s absurd and ridiculous. I would literally never, ever come here of my own volition. I’ll eat the rolls and cinnamon butter outside in the parking lot, thank you very much.

I had the worst customer service experience today, and I’m still applauded at the events that transpired. We went to the Texas Roadhouse last night. Our server was training, and we ended up having a terrible dining experience. We waited over an hour for our food, and both orders were incorrect. The sever who was training with ours apologized and explained that he had been a server for four years, a manager for four years, and now was a trainer. He offered a free appetizer and free dessert to make up for our experience. Today, I checked my bank account and saw that the restaurant had charged $ 138.83 to my bank account(it was still showing as pending but the money was deducted) and the check was for $ 24.58. I called the restaurant and spoke with the manager who insisted they only charged my account $ 24.58. He put me on hold several times and tried to reassure me that it was still pending so I would only be charged a final charge of $ 24.58 and not to worry about it and that I could call my bank if I had further questions. I called my bank and they reviewed the transaction with me and informed me that they received the transaction information and it was sent to them as $ 138.83, not $ 24.58. I decided to go into the restaurant and speak with the manager in person. He showed me a print out of their transactions, which showed they charged my card $ 24.58. I showed him my bank statement on my phone showing the deduction of $ 138.83. He insisted that there was nothing wrong with their system and he didn’t know how this could happen. The owner also came out to speak with me and insisted they didn’t know how this could happen and it wasn’t their fault, they were both very argumentative with me. I asked them to cancel the charge and I would pay in cash. They insisted that even though my bank account showed a pending transaction of $ 138.83, I would only see a final charge of $ 24.58. They couldn’t explain why, but insisted this was what would happen. They ended up canceling the charge and I paid in cash. I posted on the Brockton Hub Facebook page, to alert anyone else who went to the restaurant, because at this point I didn’t know if there system was hacked, or what was going on, because I was never given an explanation for how this could have happened. The server actually commented on my post and explained that he had made the error, swiped the wrong card and«totally should have told me but it was a busy night» I responded to him and explained how frustrated I was to hear this after both the manager and owner clearly knew about this and lied to me Multiple times. He deleted his post and then blocked me.

April 252015. Food: filet with ribs and Chilli. Filet was excelled, cooked medium rare. Ribs are some how always burnt –_-. I asked for new ribs and got new ones. The new ones were great. Ribs are soft and fall off the bone, when they aren’t burnt to a crisp.
