2013 we contracted Steve at Paradise pools and spa who failed to honor contract. They were paid as per contact and he would send day Laborers with no experience to install pool. once Paradise pool and spas NJ in brick saw that he was over his head Steve abandon the project. They would also take the material that we paid for and use it to complete other pool June 2014 I went to BBB and filed a complaint only to find out that Paradise pool is not a member of the BBB. MY complaint was then sent to Consumer fraud and it was determine on AUG282015 that Steve had to pay us $ 7500 because Steve the owner at Paradise pool and spas had no intention of completing pool. they were paid tens of thousands of dollars and did not complete job. We are now in February 2016 and Steve at Paradise Pool and Spa did not pay us yet. My advise is unless you wish to end up like us I strongly suggests you be careful. My 4 children are very sad with an incomplete pool. They made a lot of promises verbal and in writing and failed at keeping those promises that were paid for. So now it is very hard to find a company to complete the pool. 3 yrs later and no CO of completion of pool. I could not sell my home if we wanted to. One big Head ache. I would recommend Finding a better company. Below I have attached a copy of my Consumer Fraud Decision dated Aug 282015. And Better yet For all who are serious about Buying a pool You can reach me at you can reach me to ask any question pertaining to my issues with Paradise Pool and spas NJ and Steve Mickulak the owner. their is no honor with this company they only show up on time to collect MONEY otherwise they would show up when they feel like it or not at was very hard to reach Steve the owner to address our concerns. He was never on the job as promised.
